Corey Seager hits eighth homer in last eight games
Corey Seager homered for the third consecutive contest on Wednesday, and eighth time over his last eight games, powering the Rangers to a 6-1 victory over the Diamondbacks.
Advice: Seager remained sizzling-hot at the dish on Wednesday afternoon at Globe Life Field in a rematch of last year’s Fall Classic, taking Arizona starter Ryne Nelson out to right field in the fifth inning for a two-run blast. It was his 13th round-tripper of the season and lone hit in three at-bats in this one, although he did manage to draw a free pass as well. The 30-year-old fantasy superstar has gone deep a whopping eight times over his last eight games since May 19. He’s raised his full-season OPS from .681 to .828 during that span. Unreal.
