    • Nick Gonzales hits first homer of season vs. MIL
Nick Gonzales went 1-for-3 with a home run and two RBI in Tuesday’s loss to the Brewers.

Advice: Gonzales homered in the fourth inning to score Connor Joe, giving the Pirates their first runs on the afternoon. Offense was hard to come by for the Pirates in this one, as they were held to just three hits on the night in the losing effort. Gonzales has appeared in just four games this season since being recalled from Triple-A and is not on the fantasy radar at this time. Rotoworld 12 minutes ago

    • Andrew Vaughn slugs two homers in win over Nats
Andrew Vaughn crushed a pair of homers to power the White Sox to a 4-0 victory over the Nationals in the second game of Tuesday’s doubleheader.

Advice: Vaughn was a one-man wrecking crew in this one and appears to be coming out of his extended slump at the outset of the season with three homers over his last four contests. He took Nationals starter Parker Mitchell deep for a three-run shot in the third inning before capping off the multi-homer effort with an eighth-inning solo blast off rookie Jackson Rutledge. • Erick Fedde twirls seven-inning gem vs. Nats
Erick Fedde recorded six strikeouts over seven shutout innings on Tuesday in a win over the Nationals.

Advice: Fedde took the ball for the nightcap of Tuesday’s twin bill against the Nationals and wound up scattering three hits over seven stellar frames. He wasn’t overpowering, generating just six swinging strikes, but limited Washington’s lineup to just eight batted ball with an exit velocity over 95 mph. He’s fired 13 consecutive scoreless frames over his last two starts. He’ll bring a strong 2.60 ERA, 1.06 WHIP and 50/14 K/BB ratio across 52 innings (nine starts) into a road matchup on Monday against the Blue Jays. Rotoworld 14 minutes ago

    • Mitchell Parker allows three runs in loss to White Sox
Mitchell Parker was charged with three runs over five innings on Tuesday in a loss to the White Sox.

Advice: Parker was fortunate that the damage was only three runs as he left with the bases loaded in the sixth inning and was bailed out by teammate Jordan Weems. He struck out three and also issed a pair of walks. He’ll bring a 3.09 ERA, 1.13 WHIP and 25/7 K/BB ratio across 32 innings (six starts) into a home outing on Monday against the Twins. • Megill picks up fifth save of the season vs. PIT
Trevor Megill allowed one earned run over one inning while earning the save on Tuesday against the Pirates.

Advice: A Connor Joe home run in the ninth was the lone earned run Megill would give up in this one. The fourth-year vet also struck out two batters in this one and now has five saves on the season. The home run to Joe was the first homer Megill has allowed on the season, and he’s given up just two earned runs over 10 2/3 innings pitched. Sitting on a 1.69 ERA and 0.94 WHIP, Megill has been as solid as they come early in the year. Rotoworld 15 minutes ago

    • Sal Frelick homers, drives in two vs. Pirates
Sal Frelick went 1-for-3 with a home run and two RBI in Tuesday’s win over the Pirates.

Advice: Frelick was all over the place on Tuesday night. After making an impressive diving catch in the top of the second inning, he gave the Brewers their first runs of the night when he hit a two-run homer off Quinn Priester to give the Brewers an early lead. Tuesday’s homer marked Frelick’s first of the season and the fourth of his career. He’s not on the fantasy radar at this time. Rotoworld 19 minutes ago

    • Joe Ross strikes out six in win over Pirates
Joe Ross allowed two earned runs and two hits over five innings while picking up the win on Tuesday against the Pirates.

Advice: Ross was solid in this one, allowing just two hits while walking just one batter. His six strikeouts marked the third time on the year in which he struck out five or more batters, as the veteran righty was in control for much of the afternoon. He did give up a two-run homer to Nick Gonzales in the fourth inning, but bounced back to retire the next four batters he faced before being pulled. Ross picked up his second win of the season in this one, and will look to notch his third in his next start which is scheduled for Monday against the Marlins. Rotoworld 21 minutes ago

    • Priester allows four earned runs in loss to MIL
Quinn Priester allowed nine hits and four earned runs over six innings in the Pirates’ loss to the Brewers.

Advice: Priester got through the first inning unscathed but was lit up for multiple hits in the second inning, with the biggest hit coming on a two-run homer by Sal Frelick. RBI singles by Brice Turang and Christian Yelich would give the Brewers an early 4-0 lead before the inning finally came to an end, but Priester would go on to pitch four more scoreless frames before being pulled. Priester has been solid this year, posting a 4.33 ERA over five starts while posting a 17:10 K:BB ratio. Despite this, his record now sits at 0-4. He’ll look to pickup his first win of the season on Sunday against the Cubs. Rotoworld 22 minutes ago

    • Running less
Duran has attempted five steals over the last 35 games, after he opened the season with six steals in the first six games.

Advice: There are a few factors that explain the drop in attempts, per Alex Speier of The Boston Globe. Opposing teams became aware of Duran's potential impact, and the Red Sox have been more judicious after running into several outs early in the season. Additionally, manager Alex Cora asked Duran to run less given that he plays every day. Rotowire.com 32 minutes ago
