Cease has been tagged for four runs or more in three of his last four starts, walking multiple batters each time.       Duran went 1-for-4 with a solo home run and a stolen base in Tuesday's 8-3 win over the Marlins.

      Advice: Duran walked and stole second base in the second inning and hit a solo home run in the eighth. The outfielder continued his torrid stretch, hitting safely in 18 of his past 19 games and homering in three straight.       Dylan Cease allowed eight hits and six earned runs over 3 2/3 innings in Tuesday’s loss to the Rangers.

      Advice: Cease had an up-and-down first inning. While he recorded all three of his outs via the strikeout, he allowed two hits, with the second coming on a two-run homer by Nathaniel Lowe to give the Rangers an early lead. It would only get worse from there, as Cease would give up another two-run bomb to Lowe in the third inning and was pulled in the fourth inning shortly after allowing a sixth run off a Marcus Semien single. It’s been a rough stretch for Cease, who has allowed 17 earned runs over his last 19 innings while striking out 29 batters and walking nine.
