    • Records 10th steal in win
Ramirez went 2-for-5 with a double, one RBI, a stolen base and one run scored in Sunday's 6-3 win over the Marlins.

Advice: With the steal, Ramirez became one of six players in the majors this season to have double-digit thefts and home runs. The third baseman has gone 8-for-27 (.296) with three extra-base hits over seven contests to begin June. Overall, he has 18 homers, 10 steals, 62 RBI, 50 runs scored, 14 doubles, one triple and a .275/.336/.554 slash line through 63 contests. Ramirez's well-rounded skill set has meshed well with a team style that prioritizes getting on base, leading to ample counting stats across the board. Rotowire.com 6 minutes ago

    • Ryan McMahon in 7-for-57 slump
Ryan McMahon went 0-for-4 on Sunday, leaving him 7-for-57 in his last 16 games.

Advice: McMahon’s OPS has dropped from .891 to .780 during the stretch, putting him much closer to his usual career numbers. McMahon’s exit velocity numbers are better than ever, and there’s reason to think he’s a truly improved player this season. Still, there was little chance he was going to keep batting .300, as he did for most of the first eight weeks. Rotoworld 57 minutes ago

    • José Ramírez has two hits, steal in win over MIA
José Ramírez went 3-for-5 with a run, an RBI, and a steal in a win over the Marlins on Sunday.

Advice: Ramírez is now up to 10 steals on the season to go along with 18 home runs as the 31-year-old shows few signs of slowing down. His batting average hasn’t been where we’ve expected, but he’s striking out just 10.5 percent of the time, so the low average has more to do with his low .244 BABIP than any major contact issues. The veteran is still on pace for a season of at least 30 home runs and 20 steals, which keeps him among the elite hitters in fantasy baseball. Rotoworld Today, 2:54 pm

    • Sitting for series finale
Stephenson is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Cubs.

Advice: It's a well-deserved day off for Stephenson, who started the previous nine games and posted a .905 OPS during that stretch. Luke Maile will take over behind the plate Sunday and bat eighth. Rotowire.com Today, 9:42 am

    • Receiving first day off
Contreras is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Tigers.

Advice: The 26-year-old was scheduled to sit last weekend but convinced his way back into the lineup, so it's possible the Brewers make another late lineup change. For now, Contreras is set to be on the bench for the first time this season after making 64 straight starts to begin 2024. He's struggled early in June with a .492 OPS through seven contests and is homerless in his past 60 at-bats, so it's a good time for some extra rest. Gary Sanchez will work behind the plate and bat fifth Sunday. Rotowire.com Today, 7:39 am
    • William Contreras out Sunday against Tigers
William Contreras is not in the starting lineup Sunday against the Tigers.

Advice: Contreras was supposed to get his first day off of the season last Sunday, but he and Willy Adames were both inserted into the lineup later. Assuming the lineup doesn’t change, Contreras will finally get that day of rest. Gary Sanchez is the starting catcher and hitting fifth. Rotoworld Today, 7:39 am
    • Posts big stat line Saturday
Tovar went 4-for-4 with two home runs and four total RBI in Saturday's 6-5 win against St. Louis.

Advice: Tovar kicked off the scoring in the first inning with an RBI single to left field. That was just the beginning of a massive performance by the young shortstop -- he added a solo homer in the sixth and a tiebreaking two-run shot in the seventh. The four-hit game was Tovar's second of the campaign, and he finished with his second multi-homer performance of the season. Tovar is somewhat quietly enjoying a breakout 2024, slashing .294/.326/.487 with 10 homers, 28 RBI, 34 runs and four stolen bases through 282 plate appearances. • Freddie Freeman doubles twice in blowout win
Freddie Freeman doubled twice and drove home a pair of runs in a blowout win Saturday over the Yankees.

Advice: One of the doubles was a rare misplay from Alex Verdugo, but it still counts in the scoreboard. The 34-year-old now has doubled 19 times on the season while driving in 40 runs. Even with a mediocre May, Freeman’s slash of .293/.399/.488 is awfully hard to complain about. Rotoworld Yesterday, 10:04 pm
    • Steven Kwan homers, reaches four times vs. Marlins
Steven Kwan homered and reached four times in an 8-0 win for the Guardians over the Marlins on Saturday.

Advice: In addition to Kwan’s homer — a two-run shot in the fifth inning — the outfielder also singled and drew a pair of walks. Keeping in mind that the 26-year-old did miss a good amount of time, he’s still putting together a sensational .371/.431/.523 slash in 151 at-bats. Rotoworld Yesterday, 9:59 pm
