      Jazz Chisholm Jr. went 2-for-3 with a double, a triple, and an RBI in a win over the Phillies.

      Advice: Jazz laced a 102 mph double off of Zack Wheeler in the third inning that got a three-run inning started and later tripled off Wheeler in the fourth inning to drive in a run. The Marlins’ leadoff hitter had hits in every game but one this week, going 8-for-23 with a home run, a steal, and two RBI.       Advice: Three Atlanta pitchers combined to no-hit New York over 8.2 innings before Martinez slugged a solo shot off Raisel Iglesias to end the bid at history. The long ball was Martinez's first as a Met in his 48th plate appearance. Though his power didn't emerge until Saturday, Martinez has put up a steady .267/.313/.378 slash line through 14 games.     • J.D. Martinez breaks up no-hitter with solo homer
      J.D. Martinez hit a solo homer in the ninth in a loss to Atlanta on Saturday.

      Advice: It didn’t really impact the result of the game, but Martinez saved the Mets some embarrassment with his homer, as it prevented the team from being no-hit. He waited until the last moment to do so, as it came with two outs in the ninth off Raisel Iglesias. It’s the first homer of the season for Martinez, and the first as a member of the Mets.       Nolan Jones (back) will join Triple-A Albuquerque to begin a minor league rehab assignment next week.
