    • Homers, swipes another bag
Hamilton went 2-for-4 with a double, a solo home run and an additional run during Sunday's 6-4 extra-inning win over the White Sox.

Advice: Hamilton clubbed his third home run of the season Sunday, taking Chris Flexen yard in the fifth inning. He also scored the game-tying run in the ninth, reaching on a double off Tanner Banks and stealing third base before scoring on a sac fly by Reese McGuire. Hamilton finished the four-game series against the White Sox having gone 6-for-17 (.353) with four stolen bases, two doubles, a homer and three runs scored. Rotowire.com Today, 5:32 pm

    • Luis Rengifo swipes two bases as Angels top Astros
Luis Rengifo continued his thieving ways in Sunday’s victory over the Astros, going 2-for-4 with a run scored and a pair of stolen bases.

Advice: Rengifo led off the fifth inning with a single off of Justin Verlander, swiped second base and then raced around to score on an RBI single by Willie Calhoun. He also reached on an error in the ninth inning and nabbed second again, but was ultimately stranded there. The versatile 27-year-old entered the season with 18 career stolen bases through his first 448 ballgames. This season, he has already swiped 17 bags in his first 49 games while hitting a robust .316/.367/.448 with four homers and 18 RBI. Rotoworld Today, 4:54 pm

    • Jose Altuve belts 10th homer in loss on Sunday
Jose Altuve went 4-for-5 and belted his 10th home run of the season on Sunday, but it wasn’t enough to lead the Astros past the Angels in Los Angeles.

Advice: Altuve capped off a four-run rally in the sixth inning with his 406-foot (103.2 mph EV) two-run blast off of Hunter Strickland that extended the Astros’ lead to 7-4. That would be the extent of their scoring though. The 34-year-old second baseman also got the Astros on the board with a run-scoring single in the third inning then scored on an RBI knock by Jeremy Pena. He’s in the midst of another outstanding season at the dish — slashing .297/.348/.454 with 10 homers, 25 RBI and nine stolen bases. Rotoworld Today, 4:54 pm

    • David Hamilton homers, doubles in Boston’s win
David Hamilton homered in the fifth and doubled and scored the tying run in the ninth as the Red Sox came back to beat the Red Sox 6-4 on Sunday.

Advice: Hamilton doubled off Tanner Banks, stole third and then scored on a sac fly to even the game at 4-4. The Red Sox then pulled ahead on a Jamie Westbrook sac fly in the 10th. Hamilton’s defense at shortstop is lacking and the 25% strikeout rate isn’t great, but he’s been quite good in hitting .282/.339/.436 with 13 steals in 127 plate appearances for the Red Sox. The speed makes him playable in mixed leagues for as long as he continues to start most of the time. Rotoworld Today, 4:48 pm

    • Adael Amador singles in major league debut
Adael Amador had a single in three at-bats in his major league debut Sunday against the Cardinals.

Advice: Amador’s single, a 74-mph bloop to right field, came on the first pitch he ever saw as a major leaguer. He later struck out and grounded out. He’s slated to be the Rockies’ starting second baseman for at least the next couple of weeks while Brendan Rodgers is out. Rotoworld Today, 3:49 pm

    • Ryan McMahon in 7-for-57 slump
Ryan McMahon went 0-for-4 on Sunday, leaving him 7-for-57 in his last 16 games.

Advice: McMahon’s OPS has dropped from .891 to .780 during the stretch, putting him much closer to his usual career numbers. McMahon’s exit velocity numbers are better than ever, and there’s reason to think he’s a truly improved player this season. Still, there was little chance he was going to keep batting .300, as he did for most of the first eight weeks. Rotoworld Today, 3:49 pm

    • Isiah Kiner-Falefa plates five runs to lead Jays
Isiah Kiner-Falefa went 2-for-3 with a double and five RBI on Sunday afternoon, propelling the Blue Jays to a 6-4 victory over the Athletics in 10 innings in Oakland.

Advice: Kiner-Falefa got the scoring started in the second inning with a two-run single off of Mitch Spence. He was then nabbed trying to steal second base — the first time that he has been caught all season. The versatile 29-year-old then delivered the biggest blow of the game with a bases-clearing three-run double off of Austin Adams that put the Blue Jays ahead in the 10th inning. With his two-hit attack, Kiner-Falefa is now slashing .275/.319/.394 on the season with four homers, 26 RBI and three stolen bases on the season. Rotoworld Today, 3:46 pm

    • Smacks go-ahead homer
Freeman went 2-for-4 with a three-run home run and an additional run during Sunday's 6-3 win over the Marlins.

Advice: Freeman stepped into the batters box in the seventh with the score tied 2-2 and delivered a three-run home run on the first pitch from A.J. Puk. The long ball was his sixth and marked the second time he's driven in three batters in a game this season. Freeman is slashing .222/.319/.374 with 35 runs scored across 231 plate appearances. • Homer short of cycle
Westburg went 3-for-5 with a double, a triple and two runs scored during Sunday's 9-2 win over Tampa Bay.

Advice: Westburg hit a triple for the second consecutive game, bringing his season total to five triples -- tied for the fourth most in baseball. The third baseman did most of his damage against the bullpen, with his triple coming off Phil Maton in the eighth inning and notching a single off Pete Fairbanks in the ninth. Westburg is 6-for-14 with a homer, three RBI and three runs over the first three games of the O's four-game set against Tampa Bay. Rotowire.com Today, 2:56 pm
