    • Continues hot stretch at plate
Hernandezs went 2-for-4 with a solo home run and a double in Sunday's 6-4 loss to the Dodgers.

Advice: Hernandez followed up his two-homer effort Saturday with another in the sixth Sunday off Luis Gil to put the Dodgers up 3-2. He's now produced four multi-hit games in a row and has seven extra-base hits over that span. For the year, the 31-year-old is now slashing .266/.333/.516 with 16 homers, 48 RBI, 39 runs and a 23:81 BB:K in 282 plate appearances. Rotowire.com Today, 3:04 am
    • Teoscar Hernández leaves the yard in loss to Yanks
Teoscar Hernández clubbed his 16th home run of the season as the Dodgers fell to the Yankees on Sunday evening in New York.

Advice: The 31-year-old slugger followed up his two-homer performance on Saturday with another mammoth shot on Sunday — this time a 414-foot (102.3 mph EV) solo shot off of Luis Gil in the sixth inning that gave the Dodgers a 3-2 advantage. It would be short-lived though. Hernández also doubled in the ballgame, finishing the night 2-for-4. On the season, he’s now slashing .266/.333/.516 with the aforementioned 16 long balls and 48 RBI. • Lourdes Gurriel Jr. drives in two in win over Pads
Lourdes Gurriel Jr. went 2-for-5 with a double and a pair of RBI on Sunday as the Diamondbacks throttled the Padres in San Diego.

Advice: The 30-year-old outfielder smacked a two-run double off of Adam Mazur in the second inning and rode home on Jake McCarthy’s two-run blast. He also singled in the fourth inning and raced around to score on a two-out RBI single by Eugenio Suarez. With his two-hit attack, Gurriel is now hitting .247/.287/.405 with nine homers, 39 RBI and three swipes on the season. Rotoworld Yesterday, 5:21 pm
    • Jurickson Profar leaves the yard in loss Sunday
Jurickson Profar socked his 10th dinger of the season on Sunday afternoon in a lopsided loss to the Diamondbacks.

Advice: The 31-year-old outfielder continued his hot-hitting ways, crushing a 384-foot (102.5 mph EV) solo shot off of Tommy Henry in the third inning, pulling the Padres to within four runs at 7-3. That would be as close as they would get. Profar also singled in the contest, finishing the afternoon 2-for-4. He’s now slashing an unbelievable .325/.420/.504 with 10 homers, 43 RBI and four stolen bases on the season. Rotoworld Yesterday, 5:21 pm

    • Ryan McMahon in 7-for-57 slump
Ryan McMahon went 0-for-4 on Sunday, leaving him 7-for-57 in his last 16 games.

Advice: McMahon’s OPS has dropped from .891 to .780 during the stretch, putting him much closer to his usual career numbers. McMahon’s exit velocity numbers are better than ever, and there’s reason to think he’s a truly improved player this season. Still, there was little chance he was going to keep batting .300, as he did for most of the first eight weeks. Rotoworld Yesterday, 3:49 pm

    • Yields HR in non-save appearance
Clase allowed a solo home run and struck out one during the ninth inning of Sunday's 6-3 win over the Marlins.

Advice: Clase took the mound in the ninth inning despite the Guardians owning a four-run lead, and he surrendered a two-out solo homer to Jake Burger during the outing. Due to the score, Clase wasn't eligible for a save, though the Guardians opted to give him his first game action since Tuesday. Burger's long ball was Clase's first earned run allowed since April 14, which spans 24 appearances. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 3:28 pm
    • Needs third rehab start
Cole (elbow) said after Sunday's rehab outing with Double-A Somerset that he'll require at least one additional rehab start, Chris Kirschner of The Athletic reports. The right-hander allowed one run on two hits with four strikeouts and no walks over 4.2 innings.

Advice: Cole threw 44 of 57 pitches for strikes in his second rehab appearance Sunday as he continues building up his workload while coming back from nerve irritation in his elbow. The 33-year-old is trending toward a season debut in late June at the latest, though an exact return date won't come into focus until it's determined how many rehab outings are necessary. • Marcus Semien homers in win over Giants
Marcus Semien went 1-for-3 with a home run, two RBI, and two runs scored in a 7-2 win over the Giants on Sunday.

Advice: The home run was Semien’s 11th of the season to go along with 37 RBIs. He may not have the triple-slash that you expect to see from Semien, but the counting stats have been great and he is cemented into the leadoff spot for the Rangers. He’s one of the most consistent players in baseball, and so we expect the batting average and power to tick up; however, the lack of speed this season has been a bit concerning for the 33-year-old. • Cole (elbow) allows one over 4 1/3 in rehab start
Gerrit Cole (elbow) went 4 1/3 innings while allowing one run in a rehab start Sunday for Double-A Somerset.

Advice: Cole struck out four and didn’t allow a walk. The right-hander threw 57 pitches in the outing and was reportedly between 94-96 mph with his fastball in the outing. Cole’s rehab appearances have gone as well as possible thus far, and there’s a good chance he’s back with the Yankees before the end of the month. What a gift that would be for New York and fantasy managers. Rotoworld Yesterday, 12:08 pm
