    • Swipes two bags Sunday
Castro went 2-for-4 with two steals and a run scored in Sunday's 5-3 win over the Mariners.

Advice: Castro notched base hits in his first two at-bats of the afternoon and stole second both times. He's now up to 10 steals on the year, marking a second consecutive season with double-digit thefts. Castro closed out June on a heater at the dish. In 13 games since June 16, he's slashing .370/.414/.667 with two homers, nine RBI and 13 runs scored. He's totaled seven multi-hit efforts over that span. The 27-year-old is cruising to career-best offensive numbers this year across the board in his second season with the Twins. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 2:21 am

    • Three-hit effort in win
Witt went 3-for-4 with a triple, one RBI and two runs scored in Sunday's 6-2 win over the Guardians.

Advice: Witt had gone 10 games without a multi-hit effort before Sunday's performance. The shortstop closed the month 33-for-108 (.306) with 12 extra-base hits, 12 RBI, 14 runs scored and six stolen bases over 27 contests. Through 86 games this year, Witt is slashing .312/.363/.534 with 12 home runs, 22 stolen bases, 54 RBI, 65 runs, 22 doubles and nine triples. He's made modest gains in plate discipline with a 7.3 percent walk rate (up from 5.9 percent last year) and 16.7 percent strikeout rate (down from 17.4 percent) to sustain his elite production. • Homers in loss
Taylor went 2-for-3 with a home run, a double, two RBI, two runs scored and a walk in Sunday's loss to the Giants.

Advice: Taylor put the Dodgers on the board with a solo shot in the fifth inning and later added an RBI double in the seventh. It was his second long ball of the year, and both have come in his last nine games. Taylor didn't have a multi-hit performance through 41 games to start the year but now has two in his last six contests. He's slashing .164/.256/.255 with five extra-base hits and 12 RBI through 126 plate appearances. Rotowire.com Sunday, 9:18 pm

    • Zach Neto demolishes three-run homer in loss
Zach Neto crushed a three-run homer on Sunday in the Angels’ loss to the Tigers.

Advice: Neto kick-started a ninth-inning rally for the Angels on Sunday afternoon that came up just short as they nearly erased a six-run deficit with five runs in the final frame. Neto played a pivotal role in the comeback with a 414-foot moonshot -- his 11th big fly of the season -- off Tigers reliever Shelby Miller. The 23-year-old former top prospect is quietly putting together an impressive full-season debut with a .738 OPS to go along with 11 homers and 11 steals in 300 plate appearances over 81 games. • Chris Taylor homers, drives in two runs in loss
Chris Taylor went 2-for-3 with a solo homer and two RBI on Sunday in the Dodgers’ blowout loss to the Giants.

Advice: Taylor was one of the few bright spots for Los Angeles during Sunday’s one-sided smackdown at the hands of San Francisco, delivering one of this better performances of the season just a few hours after Dodgers manager Dave Roberts told reporters he’ll be given a bit of a runway to make it work at third base moving forward. The struggling 33-year-old veteran went deep off Giants starter Spencer Bivens in the fifth inning before adding a run-scoring double a couple frames later. He’s still a long way off from consideration as a fantasy contributor, even in deeper mixed leagues, but a strong few weeks could be enough to keep him on the roster in Los Angeles heading towards the postseason. • Witt Jr. has three-hit game in win over Guardians
Bobby Witt Jr. went 3-for-4 with two runs scored, a triple and an RBI against the Guardians on Sunday.

Advice: Witt Jr. scored the first run of the game on Salvador Perez’ force out in the first inning. In the fifth inning, he drove in a run with a triple and scored on an RBI single off the bat of Vinnie Pasquantino. Witt Jr. is hitting .312 with an .897 OPS and 54 RBI on the season. • Corey Seager absent due to hand injury
Corey Seager, who hurt his left hand when he was hit by a pitch Saturday, is out of the Rangers lineup for Sunday night’s game against the Orioles.

Advice: Josh Smith starts at shortstop, with Davis Wendzel playing third base. The good news is that Seager isn’t going on the IL, at least not yet. The Rangers have tomorrow off, so they can wait until Tuesday to make a decision there. Rotoworld Sunday, 1:41 pm

    • Withheld from Sunday's lineup
Seager (wrist) is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Orioles.

Advice: The 30-year-old had X-rays come back negative after being struck in the left wrist by a pitch Saturday, and he'll miss at least one start. The Rangers are calling up Jonathan Ornelas for added infield depth, per Evan Grant of The Dallas Morning News, which could signify that Seager will miss some time. No IL move is coming Sunday though, as Brock Burke was optioned to Triple-A Round Rock. Josh Smith is starting at shortstop as Davis Wendzel mans the hot corner. Rotowire.com Sunday, 1:37 pm

    • CJ Abrams on base three times Sunday
CJ Abrams went 1-for-2 with two walks and a stolen base on Sunday against the Rays.

Advice: The Nationals offense was quiet in this one despite Abrams’ knack for getting on base. This was the second time in five games Abrams drew multiple walks and his walk total for June got up 11. That’s a welcome sight after he walked just one time the entire month of May. While still inconsistent, there is a lot of development happening for Abrams in a very short period of time. Rotoworld Sunday, 1:06 pm
