    • Crushed in loss
Nola (8-3) took the loss to the Red Sox on Thursday, allowing eight runs on 11 hits and two walks with two strikeouts over 3.2 innings.

Advice: Nola had two disastrous innings, allowing four runs in both the second and fourth. The fourth inning was especially rough, as he surrendered a three-run homer to Tyler O'Neill and was unable to complete the frame. According to Matt Gelb of The Athletic, the eight earned runs allowed by Nola tied a career high, and his season ERA climbed from 2.77 to 3.48. Despite the rise in ERA, Nola had previously rattled off five consecutive quality starts and owns a 1.08 WHIP and 78:24 K:BB in 14 outings. He will look to rebound next Tuesday in a home matchup with the Padres. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 7:42 pm

    • Three hits, three RBI in loss
Schwarber went 3-for-4 with three RBI in a 9-3 loss to the Red Sox on Thursday.

Advice: Schwarber singled in the first inning then got the Phillies on the board with a three-run double in the fourth. He later added another single in the seventh and walked in the ninth. Schwarber is riding a six-game hit streak that includes three multi-hit games, two home runs and five RBI. Schwarber's current .249 average would be his best in a Phillies uniform, and he now has 13 home runs, 41 RBI and 48 runs scored in 305 plate appearances. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 7:38 pm

    • Schwarber has three hits, three RBI in loss
Kyle Schwarber went 3-for-4 with a double, a walk and three RBI against the Red Sox on Thursday.

Advice: Schwarber cleared the bases with a three-run double to pull the Phillies within a run in the second inning. However, those would be the only runs Philadelphia would score on the night. Schwarber is up to .249 with 41 RBI on the season. His power is down as his .177 ISO this year is well below his career .259 ISO. Rotoworld Yesterday, 7:29 pm

    • Nola hammered for eight runs Thursday
Aaron Nola allowed eight runs in 3 2/3 innings and got the loss against the Red Sox on Thursday.

Advice: Nola gave up 11 hits, walked two and struck out two. He had allowed more than two runs in just three of his previous 13 starts. Nola allowed four runs in the second and fourth innings. His ERA jumped from 2.77 to 3.48 with the blow up. The 31-year-old right-hander will look to turn things back around against the Padres at home next week.

    • Not starting Thursday
Raleigh isn't in the Mariners' lineup for Thursday's game against the White Sox.

Advice: Although Raleigh is currently enjoying a five-game hitting streak, the Mariners will sit him down for Thursday's series finale while Seby Zavala starts behind the plate and bats ninth. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 3:11 pm

    • Trea Turner (hamstring) running at 100 percent
Trea Turner (hamstring) progressed to running at 100 percent on Thursday.

Advice: Turner is trending towards making his long-awaited return to Philadelphia’s lineup at some point early next week. It sounds like the 30-year-old shortstop will skip a minor-league rehab assignment, but it wouldn’t be shocking to see him get in a couple at-bats over the weekend prior to returning. • Raisel Iglesias gets 17th save against Orioles
Raisel Iglesias picked up his 17th save with a scoreless ninth against the Orioles on Thursday.

Advice: Even though the Braves are struggling to score, Iglesias has had easier save chances than most closers; this was the ninth of his 19 save chances (17 successful) in which he’s come in with a three-run lead and the bases empty. He’s entered with a one-run lead just three times. Rotoworld Yesterday, 2:01 pm
    • Collects 17th save
Iglesias allowed one hit while tossing a scoreless ninth inning to collect the save Thursday against the Orioles.

Advice: Iglesias hit the first batter he faced, then allowed a one-out single but settled down to record the final two outs and pick up his 17th save in 19 attempts. Iglesias has only allowed one run over his last nine outings since May 17, with each appearance lasting exactly one inning. He's gone 7-for-7 in save opportunities over that span. • Bumped back to Friday
Castillo's next start has been pushed back a day to Friday against the Rangers, Ryan Divish of The Seattle Times reports.

Advice: The Mariners have just one off day over the next two weeks and one member of their rotation, Bryan Woo (forearm), who is banged up, so the team will use this as an opportunity to give their regular starters some rest. Emerson Hancock will draw the start Thursday versus the White Sox while everyone else gets bumped back. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 11:18 am
