    • Snaps long hitless stretch
Grisham went 1-for-3 with a home run and three RBI on Thursday in an 8-5 win over Minnesota.

Advice: Entering Thursday, Grisham hadn't notched a hit in over five weeks, going 0-for-19 across his previous 11 games. He snapped the brutal slump in fine fashion against the Twins, hitting a two-run homer in the second inning to give New York its first lead. Grisham added a sacrifice fly in the fifth, though he also added another strikeout to his season stat line. Despite Thursday's performance, it's been an atrocious first season in New York for Grisham -- he's slashing a paltry .071/.216/.214 with a career-worst 31.4 percent strikeout rate through 51 plate appearances. • Belts fourth homer
Thomas went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in a loss to Atlanta on Thursday.

Advice: The Nationals' only two runs in the contest came on back-to-back homers by CJ Abrams and Thomas in the sixth inning. The long ball was Thomas' first extra-base hit of any kind since May 29, and he batted just .185 (5-for-27) over that seven-game stretch. Since returning May 27 from a lengthy stay on the injured list, Thomas is batting .250 with two homers, six RBI, six runs and four stolen bases over 11 contests. • Swats key homer
Duvall went 1-for-3 with a two-run home run against the Nationals in a 5-2 victory Thursday.

Advice: Atlanta was being shut out by rookie hurler Mitchell Parker until Duvall tied the score with his two-run blast in the seventh inning. The long ball was his first since he went deep in back-to-back games May 26-27. Duvall is still under the Mendoza line with a .195 average on the campaign, but he's taken on a near-everyday role in right field since Ronald Acuna was lost for the season due to a knee injury. • Blasts 18th homer
Ozuna went 2-for-4 with a two-run home run and an additional run in a 5-2 win against Washington on Thursday.

Advice: Ozuna gave Atlanta some breathing room with his two-run, eighth-inning blast that extended his team's lead from one run to three. It was the slugger's 18th long ball of the campaign, moving him into fourth place in the majors. Ozuna also ranks second with 55 RBI while slashing an excellent .312/.389/.611 through 252 plate appearances. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 10:29 pm
    • Homers off bench Thursday
O'Hearn hit a two-run homer as a pinch hitter in Thursday's 6-5 loss to the Blue Jays.

Advice: As usual, O'Hearn started the game on the bench with the Orioles facing left-hander Yusei Kikuchi. O'Hearn entered in the ninth inning and delivered a homer to cut the Orioles' deficit to one run, but they couldn't tie it up. The 30-year-old is up to eight homers over 48 contests this season, and he's added a trusty .280/.343/.471 slash line with 20 RBI, 22 runs scored and one stolen base over 172 plate appearances. O'Hearn continues to be in the lineup versus nearly every opposing right-hander. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 10:27 pm

    • Records fourth steal
Profar went 1-for-3 with a walk and a stolen base in Thursday's 4-3 loss to the Diamondbacks.

Advice: Profar is batting well, going 12-for-35 (.343) over his last 10 contests. His steal Thursday was his fourth of the season and his first since May 15. The outfielder is up to a .323/.418/.480 slash line with eight home runs, 38 RBI and 34 runs scored through 263 plate appearances, putting him on pace to shatter his career highs in nearly every category if he can keep up the good work. • Logs steal in three-hit game
Tatis went 3-for-5 with a double, one stolen base and one run scored in Thursday's 4-3 loss to the Diamondbacks.

Advice: Tatis has racked up nine hits over his last three games and is batting .449 (22-for-49) during his 12-game hitting streak. In addition to the hot bat, Tatis took advantage of getting on base Thursday by picking up his first steal since May 7. The outfielder is up to a .283/.356/.450 slash line with seven thefts, 10 home runs, 32 RBI and 41 runs scored through 66 contests this season, and he's been one of baseball's hottest hitters so far in June. • Corbin Carroll records three hits in Arizona’s win
Corbin Carroll went 3-for-5 with a double, a steal and two runs scored as the Diamondbacks edged the Padres 4-3 on Thursday.

Advice: It’s just Carroll’s second three-hit game of the year. All three of Carroll’s hits were legit, leaving his bat on a line at 108, 106 and 99 mph. It’s definitely his most encouraging game in weeks and maybe of the entire season. At .201, he finished the game over the Mendoza Line for the first time since May 12. Rotoworld Yesterday, 10:11 pm
    • Nabs 10th steal
Carroll went 3-for-5 with a double, a stolen base and two runs scored in Thursday's 4-3 win over the Padres.

Advice: Carroll's three-hit effort got his batting average over .200 for the first time since May 12. He's opened June 5-for-21 (.238) over six contests, and his steal Thursday was his first since May 25. The outfielder is slashing .201/.284/.291 with two home runs, 10 thefts, 20 RBI, 30 runs scored, seven doubles and four triples over 61 games in a disappointing second full campaign.
