    • Aaron Civale gives up four runs in no-decision
Aaron Civale gave up four runs over 3 2/3 innings on Tuesday in a no-decision against the Twins.

Advice: Civale didn’t end up factoring into the decision as he was long gone before an extended rain delay ground this one to a halt. He managed to keep the ball in the yard, but still surrendered seven hits, and was unable to escape the fourth inning. He finished with five strikeouts and issued a pair of walks. He’ll bring a lackluster 5.42 ERA, 1.39 WHIP and 79/22 K/BB ratio across 76 1/3 innings (15 starts) into a road matchup on Sunday against the Pirates. Rotoworld Today, 3:12 am

    • Swats homer in win
Pages went 1-for-3 with a solo home run, an additional run scored and two walks in Tuesday's 11-9 win over the Rockies.

Advice: Pages got the Dodgers on the board with his second-inning blast. The rookie outfielder has gone 5-for-21 with two homers over his last six contests, and he continues to see steady playing time in center field. Pages is up to a .262/.318/.426 slash line with eight long balls, 21 RBI, 34 runs scored, one stolen base and nine doubles through 55 games. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 10:25 pm

    • Dominant in fifth straight win
Lodolo (8-2) earned the win Tuesday over the Pirates, allowing a run on four hits over seven innings. He struck out eight.

Advice: A Ke'Bryan Hayes homer in the seventh inning was the lone mark against Lodolo on Tuesday as he earned his fifth straight win -- the left-hander hasn't allowed more than two runs in a start during that span. Overall, Lodolo's ERA is down to 2.76 on the year with a 1.01 WHIP and 70:15 K:BB across 65.1 innings. He'll look to extend his winning streak to six in his next outing, currently scheduled as a home rematch with the Pirates early next week. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 10:07 pm

    • Nick Lodolo tremendous in win over PIT
Nick Lodolo allowed one run on four hits in seven innings in a win over the Pirates on Tuesday.

Advice: The left-hander struck out eight and didn’t walk a single batter on the day. He got 18 whiffs on 50 swings for a 36 percent whiff rate and 32 percent CSW on the day. He did a good job keeping his fastball upstairs and the curve low in the zone, which led to a 57 percent whiff rate on the curve alone. Lodolo has always showcased high upside but injuries have gotten in his way; yet, he now has a 2.76 ERA on the year with a good start against these same Pirates next week. • Abrams pushes hitting streak to 11 games in loss
CJ Abrams went 2-for-4 in the Nationals’ loss to the Diamondbacks on Tuesday.

Advice: Abrams was responsible for two of the Nationals’ four hits on the night, with both coming off starter Slade Cecconi, who was dialed in all evening. Abrams has now hit safely in 11 straight games and is slashing .298/.377/.574 in the month of June. Rotoworld Yesterday, 6:17 pm

    • J.T. Realmuto (knee) aims to return next month
J.T. Realmuto (knee) told reporters Tuesday that he’s planning to return by next month’s All-Star break.

Advice: Realmuto is roughly one week removed from right knee surgery to repair a meniscus tear and is hoping to get back into game action, barring any setbacks, in the days leading up to the All-Star break, which begins on July 15. It’s not unrealistic to think he’ll be ready to go afterwards, even if he doesn’t meet that aggressive timeline. Rotoworld Yesterday, 5:35 pm

    • Yordan Alvarez out Tuesday due to family matter
Yordan Alvarez is not in the lineup for Tuesday’s game against the White Sox due to a family matter.

Advice: The positive news here for fantasy managers is that Astros manager Joe Espada told reporters Alvarez could return as early as Wednesday. The 26-year-old slugger, who boasts a stellar .873 OPS with 14 homers and a career-high three steals this season through 71 games, is getting his first off day since May 18. • Dealing with family matter
Alvarez (personal) is absent from the Astros' lineup Tuesday versus the White Sox due to a family matter, according to manager Joe Espada, Julia Morales of AT&T SportsNet Southwest reports.

Advice: Alvarez was set to take a seat for the first time since May 17, but it is now understood to be a result of a personal matter regarding his family. Espada said Tuesday that it's possible Alvarez is back with the team Wednesday, but his status appears to be day-to-day for the time being. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 3:32 pm

    • Breather Tuesday
Alvarez is not in the starting lineup Tuesday against the White Sox, Julia Morales of AT&T SportsNet Southwest reports.

Advice: Alvarez will get a breather after he went 2-for-9 with two RBI and two strikeouts over the team's three-game series with the Tigers prior to Monday's off day. Yainer Diaz will slot in at designated hitter while Victor Caratini enters the lineup at catcher and bats seventh versus Chicago. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 2:16 pm
