When asked about his status after the game, a dejected Lewis told reporters that “I have no idea. But probably not very optimistic, to be honest with you.       Grayson Rodriguez was exceptional in Tuesday night’s victory over the Mariners, racking up eight strikeouts over 6 1/3 innings of scoreless baseball.

      Advice: The 24-year-old budding superstar scattered just two hits and four walks on the evening. Only once did the Mariners advance a runner past second base on Rodriguez in this one, and that came with two outs in the sixth inning before Rodriguez punched out Cal Raleigh to end the threat. He generated a whopping 19 swings and misses on 104 pitches on the night, posting a strong CSW of 32 percent. Now 10-3 on the season, Rodriguez will carry a 3.45 ERA, 1.22 WHIP and a 97/29 K/BB ratio (88 2/3 innings) into battle against the Athletics in Oakland on Sunday.
