    • Stott returns to the lineup Friday
Bryson Stott is back in the lineup, batting fifth for the Phillies against the Nationals on Friday.

Advice: Stott came off the bench on Thursday and had an RBI single and RBI fielder’s choice against the Mets. He’s hitting .280 with a .842 OPS on the season. Rotoworld Today, 12:07 pm

    • Impactful off bench
Stott went 1-for-2 with a walk, two RBI and a run during Thursday's 6-5 extra-innings loss to the Mets.

Advice: Stott initially was left out of the lineup against southpaw Jose Quintana -- a normal occurrence for the lefty-hitting second baseman -- but entered the game as a pinch hitter in the seventh. He walked in his first plate appearance and came around to score on a Kyle Schwarber double, drove in the game-tying run on an RBI single in the bottom of the ninth, and brought the Phillies to within one in the 11th after a fielder's choice plated Nick Castellanos. In his last eight games, Stott is batting .478 with 11 RBI and 10 runs scored. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 7:57 pm

    • Bryson Stott gets a day off on Thursday
Bryson Stott is not in the Phillies’ lineup on Thursday against the Mets.

Advice: Stott has started 39 of the team’s 44 games so far this season, so this is just a routine day off. Edmundo Sosa will start at shortstop and bat eight while Whit Merrifield will play second base. Since Trea Turner went down with an injury, Merrifield has gotten a lot more playing time, but he’s hitting just .156 in 10 games in May, so there hasn’t been much to write home about. We expect Stott to be back in the lineup for the entire weekend. Rotoworld Yesterday, 12:10 pm

    • Sitting against lefty
Stott isn't in the Phillies' lineup for Thursday's game against the Mets.

Advice: The lefty-hitting Stott will take a seat as southpaw Jose Quintana prepares to start on the mound for New York. Whit Merrifield will fill the void at second base and bat seventh. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 12:02 pm

    • Bryson Stott stays hot, Phillies edge Mets
Bryson Stott went 2-for-4 with a solo homer and two RBI on Monday, powering the Phillies to a 5-4 win over the Mets in a 10-inning marathon.

Advice: Stott delivered late for Philadelphia, taking Mets stopper Edwin Díaz deep to lead off the ninth inning before tacking on a go-ahead sacrifice fly in the ensuing frame to put the Phillies ahead for good in a back-and-forth slugfest at Citi Field. The 26-year-old infielder has been on an absolute heater of late, batting .433 (13-for-30) with one homer and five steals in nine contests since the start of May, which obviously doesn’t include a two-homer explosion back on April 28. • In Monday's lineup
Kim (wrist) will start at shortstop and bat ninth in Monday's game versus the Rockies.

Advice: Kim was removed from Sunday's game against the Dodgers after being hit by a pitch on his left wrist. However, X-rays came back clean and he won't wind up missing any starts. Rotowire.com Monday, 3:29 pm

    • Swipes two bags in loss
Stott went 2-for-2 with three walks, two stolen bases and a run scored in Sunday's 7-6 extra-inning loss to the Marlins.

Advice: Stott found a way to get on base in each of his plate appearances Sunday while also swiping two bags in the loss. He has recorded 10 stolen bases on the season while getting caught only once. Stott has notched at least one hit in eight out of his last nine contests, batting .414 with four extra-base hits, nine RBI, nine runs scored and five stolen bases over that stretch. • Dealing with wrist injury
Kim was hit by a pitch on his left wrist in Sunday's 4-0 win over the Dodgers, AJ Cassavell of MLB.com reports.

Advice: Kim took a 94 mph fastball from Walker Buehler off his left wrist in the bottom of the fourth inning, ultimately exiting the contest the following frame. The infielder underwent X-rays on his arm following the contest that came back negative, according to manager Mike Shildt, which bodes well for Kim moving forward. The 28-year-old can be considered day-to-day for the time being ahead of San Diego's three-game series with the Rockies at home beginning Monday. Rotowire.com Sunday, 4:16 pm

    • Stott has two hits, two steals in loss to Marlins
Bryson Stott went 2-for-2 with a double, two steals, and three walks in a loss to the Marlins on Sunday.

Advice: Neither of Stott’s hits were hit particularly hard, but he didn’t record a single out in five trips to the plate so nobody is mad about that. He’s been consistently hitting fifth in the order and is now batting .270/.370/.436 on the season with 10 steals. He’s been very useful to fantasy managers. Rotoworld Sunday, 2:19 pm
