      Advice: Contreras had a monster game against the Nationals, contributing in all facets and extended a hitting streak to six games in Sunday's win. He clubbed his ninth home run of the season and his third in his last six games. The veteran had his first three RBI game of the season and picked up his third stolen base in the process.       Advice: Skubal was dominant once again Sunday as he recorded a new season high in strikeouts and allowed one run or fewer for the 10th time in 18 starts. The lefty now has a stellar 2.37 ERA and 132 strikeouts across 110 innings this year, which earned him his first All-Star selection on Sunday as well. Skubal has been an excellent fantasy asset, and he's set up to make one more start before the All-Star break, likely on Friday against the Dodgers.       Woo (hamstring) threw 45 pitches and allowed two runs on a hit with two walks and two strikeouts over 2.2 innings during his rehab start with High-A Everett on Saturday, Daniel Kramer of MLB.com reports.

      Advice: The 24-year-old rejoined the Mariners on Sunday, but manager Scott Servais was non-committal on whether the right-hander will require an additional rehab outing. The club wants Woo to be able to cover at least four or five innings before being reinserted into the big-league rotation, so it wouldn't be surprising if he's sent on another rehab outing to further build up his workload before being activated. Hayes now has multi-hit games in four of his last eight games, with three steals in that span. The power numbers continue to plague Hayes though, as he's slugging a lowly .299 for the season. The 27-year-old has 11 extra-base hits through 270 plate appearances this season and will need to pick those numbers up in order to have a larger fantasy impact.
