      Advice: Mountcastle was a one-man wrecking crew Tuesday, launching homers in the third and fifth innings -- both off Bowden Francis. The outing was Mountcastle's second multi-homer game of June and the 10th of his career.       Brandon Lowe went 2-for-4 with a home run and five RBI in a win over the Marlins on Tuesday.

      Advice: Despite the Marlins starting left-hander Jesus Luzardo, the Rays decided to keep Brandon Lowe in the lineup. The 29-year-old rewarded them with a 377-foot blast that left the bat at 108.7 mph for a three-run home run. He later added a two-run double, also off Luzardo, which was hit 107 mph. Lowe has frequently been on the bench against lefties, so the fact that Tampa Bay even chose to start him against Luzardo is one thing, but the fact that it went as well as it did is another.       Ryan Mountcastle went 2-for-5 with two home runs and five RBI in Tuesday’s win over the Blue Jays.

      Advice: Mountcastle forced a 12-pitch at-bat against Trevor Richards in the first inning before striking out and turned his second at-bat into a three-run bomb off Bowden Francis to put the Orioles up 4-0. He would homer again in the fifth, sending a two-run shot into the stands to push the lead to 7-0.
