    Heim went 1-for-3 with a walk and solo home run in Sunday's 3-2 extra-inning win over the Royals.

    Advice: Heim knotted the game at two runs apiece with a ninth-inning home run that set the stage for Nathaniel Lowe's game-winning single in the 10th. For Heim, it was his fourth homer and first in 12 games.     Realmuto went 3-for-4 with a run scored in Sunday's win over the Giants.

    Advice: Realmuto slid into the No. 2 spot in the order with Trea Turner (hamstring) recently being placed on the injured list. He singled in the third and came home on Bryce Harper's three-run homer and would wind up notching two more base hits before his night was over. Sunday was the first three-hit effort of the season for Realmuto and his seventh multi-hit game.     Reetz went 1-for-1 with a solo home run in Sunday's 5-4 loss to the Phillies.

    Advice: Reetz roped a solo shot off Jose Alvarado in the ninth to bring the Giants within a run, but their comeback attempt would ultimately fall short. It was his first major-league at-bat since 2021 and he should receive some additional looks while the team waits for Patrick Bailey (concussion) & Tom Murphy (knee) to return from their respective injuries.     Melendez went 2-for-4 with a double and a stolen base in Sunday's 3-2 extra-inning loss to the Rangers.

    Advice: This was Melendez's first multi-hit effort since April 19 -- he went 2-for-36 over the previous 12 contests. The 25-year-old started the year hot, batting .325 over his first 12 games, but he's since returned to his career norms. He's slashing a poor .186/.252/.363 with four home runs, two steals, 12 RBI, nine runs scored and six doubles over 111 plate appearances. Despite the poor batting, Melendez is still seeing a majority of the playing time in left field, keeping Nelson Velazquez at designated hitter and Dairon Blanco on the bench.     J.T. Realmuto went 3-for-4 and scored a run as the Phillies triumphed over the Giants on Sunday evening in Philadelphia.

    Advice: Realmuto — hitting in the second slot of the lineup with Trea Turner (hamstring) shelved — singled in the third inning and rode home on Bryce Harper’s three-run blast. He added an infield single in the fourth inning and another in the sixth before all was said and done.   • Jakson Reetz swats first career home run in loss
    Jakson Reetz swatted the first home run of his big league career on Sunday night, but it wasn’t enough to power the Giants to victory over the Phillies in Philadelphia.

    Advice: The 28-year-old backstop had to take a red-eye flight to make it to Philadelphia in time to provide catching depth for the Giants on Sunday. He then took over for Blake Sabol after Austin Slater batted for him in the seventh inning and got a plate appearance in the ninth. There, he tattooed a 2-1 sinker from Jose Alvarado for a 393-foot (106.5 mph EV) solo shot that pulled the Giants to within a run at 5-4. That would be as close as they would get.   • Jonah Heim hits ninth-inning homer in Rangers’ win
    Jonah Heim hit a game-tying homer in the ninth Sunday as the Rangers beat the Royals 3-2 in 10 innings.

    Advice: Heim got off to a slow start over the first 10 days, but he’s settled in nicely since, batting .296 with four homers and 16 RBI in his last 21 games. The Rangers have occasionally batted him as low as eighth and ninth, but he was in the fifth spot today against a lefty and he could hit a little higher versus righties with Wyatt Langford out.     Stallings went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run Sunday against the Pirates.

    Advice: Stallings put the Rockies on the board with the second-inning blast against his former club. Despite serving as the second catcher in Colorado, Stallings has been effective on offense when given the opportunity with a hitting streak that's spanned the last seven games he's played in since April 17.     Cal Raleigh hit a tiebreaking homer in the top of the ninth Sunday as the Mariners edged the Astros 5-4.
