    • Tallies ninth homer
Lowe went 1-for-4 with a solo home run Sunday against the Guardians.

Advice: Lowe had the first half of his season disrupted by oblique and toe injuries, but he appears to be finding his timing at the plate. Since June 1, he's hit .287 with eight home runs, 19 RBI and 19 runs scored. Lowe will continue to sit regularly against lefties, but he should be locked into the top third of the lineup for most games against right-handed pitching. Rotowire.com Today, 7:59 am

    • Picks up another win Sunday
Sale (13-3) earned the win over the Padres on Sunday, allowing one run on four hits and two walks while striking out four over five innings.

Advice: Sale let up a run in the opening frame but was able to limit the damage to just a run after allowing three base hits in the inning. He silenced the Padres from there to pick up his league-leading 13th win and his third consecutive victory. He becomes the first Atlanta pitcher since 2000 to head into the All-Star break with 13 wins. Sale has now allowed two or fewer runs in each of his last seven starts and heads into the break with a 2.70 ERA, 0.95 WHIP and 140:24 K:BB in 110 innings. Rotowire.com Today, 7:47 am

    • On base four times Sunday
Lindor went 2-for-3 with two walks and an RBI in Sunday's loss to the Rockies.

Advice: The veteran shortstop heads into the All-Star break on a tear. Lindor got on base 10 times in 15 plate appearances during the three-game series against Colorado, and over his last 25 contests he's slashing .314/.397/.549 with nine doubles, five homers, seven steals, 18 RBI and 20 runs. • Logs fifth steal
Kwan went 1-for-4 with a stolen base in Sunday's 2-0 loss to the Rays.

Advice: This was Kwan's first steal since June 25 and his fifth of the campaign on nine attempts. Given he missed a month with a hamstring issue, it's not a surprise he's been a bit more cautious on the basepaths. The outfielder is batting .283 in July and now has a .352/.407/.512 slash line with nine home runs, 27 RBI, 55 runs scored, 14 doubles and two triples through 308 plate appearances this year. • Stays hot
Reynolds went 2-for-3 with a solo home run and two additional runs scored during Sunday's 9-4 win over the White Sox.

Advice: After going 4-for-5 at the dish Saturday, Reynolds added another pair of hits Sunday, including an eighth-inning homer off John Brebbia. The outfielder enters the All-Star break with a .284/.347/.487 slash line. He ranks 11th in OPS (.834) and ninth in home runs (18) among National League players. • Notches four-out save
Scott allowed two walks over 1.1 scoreless innings and earned a save against the Reds on Sunday. He struck out two batters.

Advice: Scott faced a two-on, two-out situation in the ninth inning but struck out Edwin Rios to close out the 3-2 win. He's riding a 12.1-inning scoreless streak while converting six straight save chances. He's now 14 for 16 in save opportunities with a stellar 1.34 ERA through 39 appearances. • Hurting but won't miss start
Suarez won't be available for Tuesday's All-Star Game while he recovers from back tightness, but the Phillies expect him to be available to make his first start of the second half July 22 or 23 in Minnesota, Corey Seidman of NBC Sports Philadelphia reports.

Advice: Suarez hasn't been forced to miss any time due to the back issue and likely would have been available to start during the upcoming week if the Phillies needed him, but he'll instead use the All-Star break to heal up while he's less than 100 percent healthy. Though he's in the midst of a career-best season and was looking forward to pitching in his first Midsummer Classic, Suarez clearly hasn't been at his best of late, as he has struggled to an 8.62 ERA, 1.85 WHIP and 13:7 K:BB in 15.2 innings over his last three starts, two of which have come against sub-.500 clubs in the Marlins and Athletics. Suarez won't travel to Arlington, Texas, for the All-Star Game and will instead remain in Philadelphia to continue throwing. Zack Wheeler is also tending to a back issue and will skip the All-Star Game, but both he and Suarez are expected to take the hill in some order when the Phillies next require fourth and fifth starters July 22 and 23. • Chris Sale defeats Padres to improve to 13-3
Chris Sale picked up his 13th victory of the season on Sunday, limiting the Padres to just one run on four hits over his five innings of work.

Advice: The 35-year-old southpaw struck out four batters on the afternoon while issuing a pair of free passes. The lone tally against him came on an RBI single by Xander Bogaerts in the opening inning. Sale was lifted after only 79 pitches (55 strikes) in this one, but the Braves’ bullpen was able to hang on for him. Sale got eight whiffs on the afternoon — six of those on his slider — while registering a CSW of 28 percent. He’ll head into the All-Star break with a 13-3 record, 2.70 ERA, 0.95 WHIP and a 140/24 K/BB ratio over 110 innings through his first 18 starts with the Braves. Rotoworld Yesterday, 3:50 pm

    • Bryan Reynolds smacks 18th homer before break
Bryan Reynolds went 2-for-3 with a solo home run, three runs scored, and a walk in a 9-4 win over the White Sox.

Advice: The All-Star break could not come at a worse time for Reynolds who is as hot as he’s ever been in his career. 10 of his 18 homers have come in his last 30 games and he is slashing .328/.379/.623 over that time. He’s been the key force in Pittsburgh’s offensive turnaround over the past month. Rotoworld Yesterday, 2:35 pm
