      Advice: Woo needed just 66 pitches (47 strikes) to complete six frames, but that was all for his start. Trent Thornton and Taylor Saucedo combined to allow four runs in the seventh inning, wiping out the Mariners' lead and Woo's chance to earn his third win of the year, but this was still a stellar outing for the 24-year-old. He's now at a 1.30 ERA, 0.58 WHIP and 28:2 K:BB over 27.2 innings across five starts. The Mariners continue to manage his pitch count, but he's completed six innings in each of his last three starts thanks to his efficiency. Woo is projected for a road start in Oakland next week.       Advice: Stroman has pitched into the eighth inning in two of his last four starts, allowing just three runs over 26.2 innings in that span. The five runs allowed were the most Hicks has given up in a start this season, though it was a positive to see him issue no walks for the fourth time in 12 outings. Homers are becoming a problem for the right-hander -- he's allowed five of them over his last four starts after giving up just one across his first eight outings.       Advice: Beeks faced runners on the corners with two outs in the eighth inning after relieving Victor Vodnik, and he was able to strike out Freddie Freeman. Beeks stayed in for the ninth and kept his line clean to earn his second save in three outings. He allowed a run in four straight appearances from May 22-27, allowing Tyler Kinley to work his way into the closer conversation, but Beeks is still in the mix as well. This was Hudson's second quality start in a row, and he's achieved that against the Phillies and the Dodgers, the two best teams in the National League. It's too soon to say the right-hander has turned his season around, especially with Coors Field as his home park, but he's pitched well lately.       Advice: Buehler gave up three runs in the third inning and a solo home run to Ezequiel Tovar in the fourth. While it wasn't a particularly sharp outing for Buehler, the Dodgers supported him with just five hits and two walks. He has two quality starts in five outings since returning from Tommy John surgery. Buehler is at a 4.32 ERA, 1.32 WHIP and 24:7 K:BB over 25 innings this season.       Advice: Soriano allowed seven hits with a couple of walks while striking out three. this could have been a much worse outing based on how things went early on, as he allowed three runs in the first before settling down. The 25-year-old has now given up four runs in back-to-back starts, but in both of those outings there have been quality moments for Soriano.
