    • Hunter Greene fans five in victory over Dodgers
Hunter Greene was terrific in Saturday’s victory over the Dodgers, striking out five batters over six innings of one-run baseball.

Advice: The flame-throwing right-hander scattered five hits and one walk on the night. The lone tally against him scored as Jason Heyward bounced into a double play in the second inning. Greene generated an eye-popping 23 swings and misses on 107 pitches on the night — 11 on his fastball, eight on his slider and four on his splitter — while registering a CSW of 29 percent. Now 3-2 on the season, the 24-year-old hurler will carry a 3.06 ERA, 1.14 WHIP and a 71/25 K/BB ratio (64 2/3 innings) into Friday’s matchup against the Cubs in Chicago. • Mitchell Parker to make next start on Monday
Mitchell Parker’s next scheduled start has been pushed back to Monday against the Braves.

Advice: It’s a tough break for fantasy managers planning on a two-start week from Parker as he’ll go from facing the Mariners on Sunday afternoon to a much tougher challenge on Monday against the Braves in Atlanta. It’ll be Patrick Corbin bumping up to take the ball on Sunday to give the young lefty an extra day of rest between starts. Rotoworld Saturday, 6:34 am

    • Bailey Ober earns fifth victory for Twins
Bailey Ober threw five innings of two-run ball for the win as the Twins edged the Rangers 3-2 on Friday.

Advice: Marcus Semien singled and Corey Seager homered to start the top of the first, but those proved to be the only runs of the night for Texas. Ober wasn’t as efficient as usual in walking three and throwing 99 pitches in five innings tonight, but he got the job done. He’s 5-2 with a 4.33 ERA. Rotoworld Friday, 10:06 pm

    • Hit hard Friday
Darvish (4-2) allowed seven runs on nine hits and a walk while striking out five over 5.2 innings Friday, taking the loss versus the Yankees.

Advice: Darvish was done in by the long ball -- the Yankees teed off for four home runs against him, three of which came in the third inning. Prior to Friday, Darvish had allowed just two homers across his first nine starts of the season. It was a jarring end to his 24-inning scoreless streak, which coincided with a four-start winning streak. Even after this dud, the right-hander has a 3.04 ERA, 0.99 WHIP and 51:14 K:BB over 53.1 innings across 10 starts. Darvish will look to keep the ball in the yard in his next start, which is tentatively projected to come at home versus the Marlins. Rotowire.com Friday, 9:34 pm

    • Earns victory over Rangers
Ober (5-2) allowed two runs on four hits and three walks over five innings Friday, striking out five and earning a win over Texas.

Advice: Ober coughed up a two-run shot to Corey Seager in the first inning but settled in for a solid outing after that. Despite striking out just five batters, Ober forced a season-high 16 whiffs, including seven with his changeup. He's generated at least 12 swinging strikes in six of his last seven starts. He owns a 4.33 ERA through 10 starts and a 3.02 ERA over his last nine. Ober's next outing is expected to come at home against the Royals. Rotowire.com Friday, 9:33 pm

    • Yu Darvish allows four homers in loss to Yankees
Yu Darvish gave up seven runs while throwing 5 2/3 innings in a loss to the Yankees on Friday.

Advice: Darvish did strike out five, but he allowed five hits, and four of those were homers. The right-hander gave up three roundtrippers in the third to the power-hitting trio of Aaron Judge, Juan Soto and Giancarlo Stanton. Darvish has been outstanding for the majority of 2024. This was anything but. He sees his 2.08 ERA jump to 3.04, and he’ll try and lower that mark Wednesday against the Marlins. Rotoworld Friday, 9:25 pm

    • Getting another day of rest
Parker's next projected start will be pushed back to Monday at Atlanta, Bobby Blanco of MASNSports.com reports. Parker was initially scheduled to face the Mariners on Sunday.

Advice: Parker will have a full week in between starts, getting the series opener against Atlanta instead of Patrick Corbin. On the year, Parker owns a 3.32 ERA and a 1.16 WHIP across 38 innings. Rotowire.com Friday, 11:43 am

    • Fans career-high 12 in win
Ragans (4-3) picked up the win in Wednesday's 8-3 victory over the Tigers, allowing one hit and three walks over six scoreless innings. He struck out 12.

Advice: A clash with fellow star southpaw Tarik Skubal brought out the best in Ragans, who fanned a career-high 12 batters and generated a whopping 35 called or swinging strikes among his 100 pitches. The 26-year-old has reeled off 13 straight shutout innings over his last two starts, and he'll take a 3.34 ERA, 1.15 WHIP and 76:21 K:BB through 62 innings into his next outing, which is scheduled to come on the road early next week in Minnesota. • Cole Ragans strikes out 12 in win over Tigers
Cole Ragans recorded 12 strikeouts over six scoreless innings on Wednesday in a win over the Tigers.

Advice: Ragans held up his end of the bargain in a highly-anticipated matchup against Tigers ace Tarik Skubal, limiting Detroit’s offense to just one hit and three walks over six shutout frames. The 26-year-old emerging ace generated 15 swinging strikes and a near-elite 35 percent CSW, finishing with a season-high 12 punchouts. He’ll carry a solid 3.34 ERA, 1.15 WHIP and 76/21 K/BB ratio across 62 innings (11 starts) into a road tilt on Tuesday against the division-rival Twins. Rotoworld Wednesday, 2:38 pm
