    • David Fry drives in two, steals base in win
David Fry delivered a two-run single and also stole a base on Monday, leading the Guardians to a 3-1 victory over the Mets.

Advice: Fry kicked off the scoring with a two-run single off Mets starter Tylor Megill in the opening frame. He also walked and stole a base -- his third theft of the season -- in the fourth inning as well. The unheralded 28-year-old is off to a strong start this year, batting .329 (26-for-79) with four homers, 16 RBI and three steals in 32 contests. Rotoworld 10 minutes ago

    • Emmanuel Clase lowers ERA to 0.37 on Monday
Emmanuel Clase tossed a perfect ninth inning on Monday against the Mets to record his league-leading 14th save of the season.

Advice: Clase was summoned to protect a two-run lead in the final frame and needed just 12 pitches (seven strikes) to end the contest. The 26-year-old elite stopper has converted a major league-leading 14 of 17 save opportunities to go along with a microscopic 0.37 ERA, 0.58 WHIP and 24/2 K/BB ratio across 24 1/3 innings (25 appearances). He hasn’t allowed an earned run since April 14. Rotoworld 10 minutes ago

    • Reese Olson exits after taking liner to hip
Reese Olson left Monday’s game in the third inning after taking a liner off his hip.

Advice: Beau Breiske replaced him versus the Royals. Olson gave up two runs — one earned — and five hits in 2 2/3 innings, putting him in line for the loss. If he needs to skip his next start, the Tigers could slot Kenta Maeda into his spot. Rotoworld 12 minutes ago

    • Profar has two-hit game Monday
Jurickson Profar went 2-for-4 against the Braves on Monday.

Advice: It was a quiet night for the Padres offense as they were shutout, but Profar’s hot hitting continued. He’s up to .339 with .944 OPS on the season. Once the top prospect in all of baseball, Profar is enjoying easily his best season in his 11th year in the major leagues.

    • d’Arnaud returns with three hits Monday
Travis d’Arnaud went 3-for-4 with an RBI against the Padres on Monday.

Advice: d’Arnaud took a foul ball off the mask in last Friday’s game and subsequently sat out of Saturday and Sunday’s games. He was cleared of a possible concussion and returned to the lineup with a three-hit game. d’Arnaud’s time as Atlanta’s primary catcher might be coming to a close soon as the injured Sean Murphy is nearing a rehab assignment.

    • Ozuna homers again in nightcap
Marcell Ozuna went 2-for-3 with a double, a home run, a walk and two runs scored against the Padres on Wednesday.

Advice: Ozuna continues his monster season with his 14th home run of the year in the second game of the doubleheader. Only Gunnar Henderson and Kyle Tucker have more home runs this year. Ozuna hit 40 home runs last year and didn’t hit his 14th home run last year until June 22nd. His average is up to .327 and he has a 1.047 OPS this year.

    • Vasquez posts quality start Monday
Randy Vasquez allowed three runs in six innings and took the loss against the Braves on Monday.

Advice: Vasquez, who was acquired from the Yankees in the Juan Soto trade, really battled in this start. Despite allowing 10 hits and having an elevated pitch count in the early innings, he still managed to put up a quality start in a tough matchup against Atlanta on the road. This was also the longest start of Vasquez’ career. He lowered his ERA to 5.82 in five starts this year, though his xFIP is much lower at 4.45. It’s something for Vasquez to potentially build on even though he’s not usable in fantasy at the moment. The 25-year-old right-hander is scheduled to face the Yankees at home on Saturday.
