    • Short start in return
Harrison (4-4) allowed four runs on four hits and four walks while striking out two over 3.1 innings to take the loss Saturday versus the Guardians.

Advice: Harrison allowed three runs in the first inning and then gave up a solo home run to Steven Kwan in the second. While Harrison managed to settle down after that, he was done for the day after 72 pitches (44 strikes), providing little respite for an overworked bullpen. The southpaw missed nearly three weeks with a right ankle sprain but didn't require a rehab assignment. Harrison has a 4.24 ERA, 1.38 WHIP and 70:26 K:BB over 80.2 innings through 15 starts this year. He's projected for a home start versus the Twins next week. Rotowire.com 43 minutes ago
    • Scott picks up 13th save, lowers ERA to 1.42
Tanner Scott threw a scoreless inning to get a save Saturday against the White Sox.

Advice: Scott had his good control Saturday — something that isn’t always there even with his gaudy numbers — and threw 10-of-14 pitches for strikes while picking up a punchout. It’s the 13th save of the season; a more impressive number when you consider Miami has won only 31 games. Scott is very likely going to be playing for a new team by the end of July. The question is whether it’ll be in a fantasy-relevant situation. Rotoworld Today, 3:52 pm

    • Harrison allows four runs in loss Saturday
Kyle Harrison allowed four runs in 3 1/3 innings and took the loss against the Guardians on Saturday.

Advice: Harrison gave up four hits, walked four and struck out two. Harrison allowed three runs in the first inning on an RBI groundout, a sacrifice fly and an RBI single. In the second inning, Steven Kwan got him for a solo home run. His ERA is up tot 4.24 on the season and the lack of strikeouts make him difficult to trust in fantasy. The 22-year-old left-hander is set to face the Twins at home next weekend.

    • Semien blasts 12th home run in clutch situation
Marcus Semien went 1-for-3 with two runs scored, a walk, and a two-run home run against the Rays on Saturday.

Advice: The home run was Semien’s 12th of the year. Semien was 3-for-40 (.075) in his last nine games entering Saturday and hadn’t hit a home run since June ninth. He came up with the Rangers trailing by a run in the seventh inning and hit a go-ahead two-run home run that ended up being the difference in the game. He’s hitting .232 with .679 OPS and 47 RBI on the season. Rotoworld Today, 3:44 pm

    • Giants activate Kyle Harrison for Saturday start
Giants activated LHP Kyle Harrison from the 15-day injured list.

Advice: Harrison draws the starting assignment for Saturday’s showdown against the Guardians following a nearly three-week absence due to a sprained right ankle. The 22-year-old southpaw has struggled to miss bats this season at the highest level, but still holds a respectable 3.96 ERA, 1.33 WHIP and 68/22 K/BB ratio across 77 1/3 innings (14 starts). • Activated off IL, starting Saturday
Harrison (ankle) was reinstated from the 15-day injured list ahead of his start Saturday against the Guardians, Alex Pavlovic of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.

Advice: Harrison landed on the injured list June 16 with a right ankle sprain. He was able to forego a rehab assignment, and he isn't expected to face any restrictions in his return to the Giants' rotation Saturday. Through 14 starts this season, Harrison is 4-3 with a 3.96 ERA, 1.33 WHIP and 68:22 K:BB over 77.1 innings. To make room for the 22-year-old southpaw, right-hander Spencer Bivens was optioned to Triple-A Sacramento. Rotowire.com Today, 10:12 am
    • Plates three runs Friday
Merrill went 1-for-4 with a triple and three RBI in a 10-8 win against Arizona on Friday.

Advice: Merrill knocked in San Diego's first run on a groundout in the second inning and added a two-run triple in the fourth. The outfielder also put an end to a streak of three games in which he had struck out multiple times. Despite that recent stretch, punchouts haven't been a problem for Merrill in the majors -- he has a very tolerable 17.0 percent strikeout rate through 323 plate appearances. The rookie is proving to be a capable big-league hitter, slashing .289/.321/.456 with 12 home runs, 46 RBI, 40 runs and 10 stolen bases through 88 games. Rotowire.com Today, 7:27 am

    • Hit streak reaches double digits
Seager went 1-for-3 with a walk, a double, two RBI and a run scored in Friday's 3-0 win over Tampa Bay.

Advice: Seager lashed a two-run double in the third inning and came around to score on a Nathaniel Lowe single. The double extended Seager's hit streak to 10 games, during which he's 13-for-38 (.342) with five doubles, a home run, five RBI and five additional runs. Rotowire.com Today, 7:05 am

    • Blows save Friday
Finnegan blew a save against the Cardinals on Friday, allowing two hits and one run in the ninth inning.

Advice: Finnegan was summoned to protect a 5-4 lead in the ninth inning but surrendered a solo home run to Willson Contreras. The closer had thrown five straight scoreless appearances but left a 2-2 fastball down the middle for his fourth blown save of the season. On the year, he has secured 23 saves with a 2.17 ERA, 0.96 WHIP and 39:12 K:BB over 37.1 innings. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 8:11 pm
