    Advice: After a three-start hiatus from the loss column, Rogers fell to his seventh loss of the season Sunday -- tied for the third most in baseball. The southpaw yielded four hits and three runs in the first inning before settling in and keeping the Rangers off the scoreboard until a sixth-inning homer by Adolis Garcia. Diaz has gone just 7-for-44 across his last 13 starts, though he's striking out at only a 10.6 percent clip in that span, meaning his numbers should start to tick back up.     Advice: Ragans was solid yet again Sunday, yielding two earned runs or fewer for the fourth-consecutive start. During that span, the 26-year-old has recorded a robust 1.13 ERA and 32:8 K:BB in 24 innings. The hard-throwing southpaw induced fourteen swinging strikes Sunday and has shown an impressive ability to miss bats this season, posting 10.97 K/9 thanks to a 15.0% swinging strike rate that ranks in the 95th percentile.     Tellez went 3-for-4 with a two-RBI double, and two RBI singles during Sunday's 5-4 loss to the Blue Jays.

    Advice: Tellez hadn't logged an RBI since May 5 and had driven in three batters since April 4. He bested that total Sunday, plating all four of the Pirates' runs and reaching safely in four of his five plate appearances.     Soler went 3-for-4 with a double and two runs scored in Sunday's 7-5 loss to the Yankees.

    Advice: This was Soler's first multi-hit effort since May 22, and he went just 4-for-27 over the eight contests in between. The 32-year-old briefly got a look at leadoff in May, but he's since returned to the middle of the Giants' order.   • Michael King gets tough luck no decision vs KC
    Michael King allowed one run on four hits in seven innings in a no-decision against the Royals.

    Advice: King was all set to record the win with the Padres up 3-1 heading into the bottom of the ninth inning. However, with their bullpen being taxed heavily over the last few days, the Padres had to go with Yuki Matsui to close the game, and he allowed three runs while only recording one out. King was only able to induce eight whiffs on 48 swings for a 17 percent whiff rate and 24 percent CSW, but he allowed an average exit velocity on all batted balls of just 84 mph.   • Cole Ragans pitches well in no decision
    Cole Ragans allowed one run on five hits in six innings in a no-decision against the Padres on Sunday.

    Advice: The left-hander struck out six and walked two on the day while recording 14 whiffs on 46 swings for a 30 percent whiff rate and 27 percent CSW. He had some issues finding the strike zone with his off-speed pitches, but the induced whiffs outside of the zone and the Padres were unable to square him up.   • Andrew Heaney stifles Marlins in win on Sunday
    Andrew Heaney threw six shutout innings in a 6-0 win over the Marlins on Sunday.

    Advice: The left-hander allowed just four hits and struck out seven while walking none. Heaney leaned heavily on his slider and change-up, getting a 42 percent whiff rate or higher on both pitches despite not throwing either one in the zone more than 40 percent of the time. It may have mainly been about who he was facing, but fantasy managers with Heaney won’t complain.
