    • Fills stat sheet in win
Witt went 3-for-4 with two home runs, six RBI, one stolen base and three runs scored in Tuesday's 10-3 win over the Tigers.

Advice: Witt has six extra-base hits over his last five games, going 8-for-20 (.400) in that span. He hadn't hit a homer since May 8, but he made up for it with a three-run blast in the second inning and a solo shot in the sixth. Witt also had an RBI single and a sacrifice fly in the contest. The star shortstop is slashing .304/.362/.546 with seven homers, 31 RBI, 45 runs scored, 16 steals, 14 doubles and three triples over 50 contests, a prominent display of his versatile skill set. • Stuck with loss
Kikuchi (2-4) took the loss Tuesday against the White Sox, allowing three runs (two earned) on five hits and three walks across six innings. He struck out six.

Advice: Tuesday's performance marked Kikuchi's third quality start in his last four appearances. However, he owns a 0-2 record during that stretch as the Blue Jays have struggled offensively. The 33-year-old walked multiple batters for the first time since April 10 and was charged with two earned runs or fewer for the eighth time in 10 outings. On the year, Kikuchi owns a 2.64 ERA -- which would be a career-best tally -- with 61 strikeouts across 58.0 innings. He's tentatively scheduled to face the Tigers on Sunday. • Bobby Witt Jr. homers twice, drives in six vs. DET
Bobby Witt Jr. went 3-for-4 with two home runs and six RBI in Tuesday’s win over the Tigers.

Advice: Witt drove in Maikel Garcia in the bottom of the first to give the Royals a 1-0 lead after Garcia started things off with a leadoff triple. That was just the start for Witt, who would later blast a three-run homer 468 feet to center field to put the Royals up 5-0 and hit another homer in the sixth inning just for good measure. Witt has now hit safely in five straight games and has upped his RBI total to 31 on the season. Rotoworld Today, 7:09 pm

    • Kikuchi lacks run support in loss to White Sox
Yusei Kikuchi allowed two earned runs over six innings in the Blue Jays’ loss to the White Sox.

Advice: Kikuchi was fine for much of the evening but gave up a two-RBI single to Corey Julks in the fifth inning, which looked like a devastating blow to a Blue Jays offense that managed just two hits on the night. Kikuchi’s record sits at 2-3 on the year despite a solid 2.64 ERA. The Jays entered the day as one of the worst run-scoring offenses in the league, making wins hard to come by for Kikuchi, who has yet to earn a win in May despite allowing just six earned runs over 24 1/3 innings on the month. He’ll have one more chance to get a win in May when he makes the start against the Tigers on Sunday. Rotoworld Today, 6:33 pm

    • Homers in win
Rafaela went 1-for-3 with a home run and two RBI in Monday's 5-0 win over the Rays.

Advice: Rafaela's two-run shot in the fifth inning was his fifth of the season and snapped an 0-for-16 skid. There have been several skids for Rafaela during his first full season in the majors; the 23-year-old is batting just .195 through 47 games. Rotowire.com Today, 3:38 am

    • Struggles in Game 1 of twin bill
Cease allowed five runs on nine hits and three walks while striking out five batters over four innings in a no-decision against Atlanta in the first game of Monday's doubleheader.

Advice: This was Cease's worst outing as a Padre, as he pitched a season-low four frames and gave up a season-high nine hits. He had previously given up five earned runs in an outing, but that came over six frames against Philadelphia. Cease was uncharacteristically hurt by the long ball Monday -- after giving up just three homers across his first nine starts, he yielded a pair of home runs (though both were solo shots) versus Atlanta. It's a testament to Cease's effectiveness overall this season that he still holds a 3.05 ERA and 0.93 WHIP despite Monday's dud. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 10:56 pm
    • Yainer Diaz does 2-for-4, scores twice in loss
Yainer Diaz went 2-for-4 with a double and an RBI against the Angels on Monday.

Advice: Diaz was also robbed of a possible homer by Jo Adell at the right field wall in the ninth. That was actually his softest hit ball of the night. His EVs in the game were 110.7 mph, 107.8 mph, 103.7 mph and 98.4 mph. His hard-hit rate now stands at 51%, which is particularly impressive in combination with a 14% strikeout rate. • Dominates Rays
Houck (4-5) yielded two hits and a walk over seven shutout frames Monday, striking out five and earning a win over Tampa Bay.

Advice: Houck was terrific Monday and didn't let any baserunners reach scoring position. It was his fourth scoreless start of the year, dropping his season ERA to 1.94 through 65 frames. Houck entered Monday's start on a four-game losing streak over his previous five starts. However, he registered an impressive 2.87 ERA during that span. Houck's next start is projected to be at home against the Brewers this weekend. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 6:58 pm

    • Mitchell Parker fans seven in victory over Twins
Mitchell Parker surrendered three runs over six innings on Monday in a win over the Twins.

Advice: Parker fell behind early when Kyle Farmer connected for an RBI single in the second inning, but managed to keep Minnesota’s lineup scoreless until a sixth-inning homer by Carlos Correa. He generated 13 swinging strikes and finished with a solid 32 percent CSW. The 24-year-old southpaw has allowed three earned runs or fewer in seven straight starts to open his career, quickly emerging as an interesting streaming option for fantasy managers in deeper mixed leagues.
