    • Swipes second bag
Greene went 2-for-4 with a walk, a double, a run scored and a stolen base in Friday's 7-3 loss to the Red Sox.

Advice: Getting the start in center field and batting second, Greene was the only Tiger to record multiple hits on the night. The 23-year-old has reached base eight times in the last four games, and on the season he's slashing .239/.343/.449 with 10 homers, two steals, 22 RBI and 37 runs through 56 contests. • Absent from lineup
Langeliers is out of the lineup for Friday's game against Atlanta.

Advice: Langeliers will get a breather Friday after going 2-for-12 with a two-run home run during Oakland's three-game series with the Rays. Instead, Kyle McCann will bat sixth and fill in behind the dish. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 12:37 pm

    • Lifts 12th homer Thursday
Langeliers went 2-for-5 with a double and a two-run home run in an extra-innings loss to the Rays on Thursday.

Advice: Langeliers' 406-foot shot to left-center field in the third inning erased a 3-2 deficit as he left the yard for the second time in the last four games. The 26-year-old backstop's propensity for hard contact continues to serve fantasy managers well and make up for some of his other offensive deficiencies, and Langeliers carries a .768 OPS thanks to his 22 extra-base hits (eight doubles, two triples, 12 home runs). • Perfect at plate Thursday
Lindor went 4-for-4 with a home run, an additional RBI and a stolen base in Thursday's 3-2 win against Arizona.

Advice: Lindor suffered a swollen finger on a bunt attempt during a game Tuesday, but the issue hasn't caused him to miss any time and certainly didn't seem to impact his swing Thursday. The shortstop collected his second four-hit game of the season, which was highlighted by a 431-foot solo homer in the third inning. Lindor is still batting just .225 on the campaign, but he's hit safely in nine straight contests and has posted a .375 batting average, two homers, four doubles and six RBI over that span. • Goes deep Thursday
Greene went 1-for-3 with a two-run home run and a walk Thursday in a 5-0 victory versus the Red Sox.

Advice: Greene launched a two-run shot in the eighth inning to double Detroit's lead. The long ball snapped a 19-game homer drought that extended back to May 6. Greene has nonetheless gone deep 10 times this season, so he's already one homer away from matching the 11 he hit over 416 plate appearances last year. Rotowire.com Thursday, 10:54 pm

    • Riley Greene breaks HR drought against Red Sox
Riley Greene homered and walked in a victory over the Red Sox on Thursday.

Advice: That was the first homer for Greene since May 6. It was a two-run shot off Chris Martin that doubled the Tigers’ lead to 4-0. After a great April the 23-year-old has scuffled considerably in May, but there’s no denying that Greene has the talent to be an upper-echelon fantasy contributor. Rotoworld Thursday, 7:02 pm

    • Francisco Lindor goes 4-for-4 with homer and steal
Francisco Lindor went 4-for-4 with a homer, two RBI and a stolen base in a 3-2 win Thursday over the Diamondbacks.

Advice: Fantasy managers have to be thrilled seeing this one, as Lindor has been a massive disappointment a third of the way through 2024. The homer is the ninth of the season, and the stolen base gives the 30-year-old seven swipes through 2024. Lindor has gotten off to poor starts before only to finish hot, and there’s reason to believe that can happen again. It doesn’t make the previous two months any less frustrating, however. • Langeliers blasts 12th home run Thursday
Shea Langeliers went 2-for-5 with a double and a two-run home run against the Rays on Thursday.

Advice: Langeliers isn’t going to provide a good average as he’s now hitting .211 on the season, but he has decent power for a catcher. The home run was his 12th of the season and he now has 29 RBI.

    • Homer, stolen base in win
Schwarber went 2-for-4 with a solo homer, an additional RBI, a walk and a stolen base in Wednesday's 6-1 victory over the Giants.

Advice: He got the Phillies started with an opposite-field homer off Kyle Harrison to lead off the first inning. Schwarber drove in a second run with a base hit in the eighth, extending Philadelphia's lead to 5-0. It's the third straight two-hit game for Schwarber -- he's gone 6-for-12 with two homers, four RBI and two steals in that span. He's boosted his slash line to .246/.369/.425 with 11 homers, 35 RBI and 43 runs scored across 55 games while going 4-for-5 in stolen base attempts this season. Rotowire.com Thursday, 7:15 am
