    • Salvador Perez goes 2-for-4, hits 13th home run
Salvador Perez went 2-for-4 with a homer, two RBI and a walk Friday in the Royals’ 10-3 drubbing of the Guardians.

Advice: Perez has hit in five straight after struggling for the first three weeks of the month. He’s thus far posted OPSs of 1.013 in April, .815 in May and .613 in June. Rotoworld 12 minutes ago

    • Tallies homer, three RBI
Pasquantino went 2-for-4 with a homer, three RBI and two runs scored in Friday's 10-3 win against Cleveland.

Advice: After cracking a RBI single in the third inning, Kansas City first baseman popped a two-run homer in the eighth for his ninth of the season. Pasquantino has struggled lately as this marked his first multi-RBI game since June 13 against the Yankees. Overall, the 26-year-old sports a .237/.314/.420 slash line across 328 plate appearances with 53 RBI and 37 runs scored. Rotowire.com 25 minutes ago
    • Slugs 13th homer
Perez went 2-for-4 with a solo homer and two RBI in Friday's 10-3 victory over the Guardians.

Advice: The veteran Royal crushed a titanic 447-foot solo homer off Triston McKenzie in the second inning to tie the game at 1-1. Perez later tallied an additional RBI with a single to drive Maikel Garcia home in the third. The 34-year-old appears to be heating up this homestand, hitting .368 (7-for-19) with two homers over the past five games. Rotowire.com 36 minutes ago

    • Vladimir Guerrero Jr. with two hits, home run
Vladimir Guerrero Jr. went 2-for-5 with a home run and two RBI against the Yankees on Friday.

Advice: Guerrero has played well of late despite trade rumors about him swirling. The homer was his seventh of June when he had just five all season entering the month. His hot streak has been relatively understated because of how horrible the Blue Jays have been as a team. Rotoworld Today, 7:38 pm
    • Placed on IL
The Giants placed Flores on the 10-day injured list Friday with right knee tendinitis, Maria I. Guardado of MLB.com reports.

Advice: Flores has been slumping at the plate lately, going just 2-for-19 with three RBI in his last six games. He'll now be sidelined for at least 10 days due to his knee, and starting first base duties will be given back to LaMonte Wade (hamstring), who was activated off the injured list in a corresponding move. • Giants place Wilmer Flores (knee) on 10-day IL
Giants placed INF Wilmer Flores on the 10-day injured list with left knee tendinitis.

Advice: Flores has been battling the knee issue for a couple of weeks now so the Giants finally decided to sit him down and get him right. The timing worked out as LaMonte Wade was activated from the injured list on Friday and can handle the bulk of the action at first base while Flores is shelved. Rotoworld Today, 5:40 pm

    • Luke Raley (shoulder) remains out of lineup Friday
Luke Raley (shoulder) remains out of the Mariners’ starting lineup for Friday night’s showdown against the Twins.

Advice: Raley will miss his second straight game due to soreness in his shoulder. The good news, is that an MRI revealed no structural damage and the 29-year-old outfielder is expected to be available off the Mariners’ bench on Friday. He should be considered day-to-day. Advice: As expected, the 30-year-old slugger will return to start at first base and bat second on Friday night against Landon Knack and the Dodgers. Prior to landing on the injured list in late May with a Grade 2 left hamstring strain, Wade had been hitting .333/.470/.426 with a pair of homers, 17 RBI and one stolen base through his first 166 plate appearances.
