    • Hitting bench Sunday
Suarez is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the White Sox.

Advice: Though manager Torey Lovullo hinted earlier this week that Blaze Alexander would receive more playing time at third base going forward, Suarez still appears to be the Diamondbacks' preferred option at the hot corner for now. Though Alexander will man third base Sunday, Suarez had started in each of the previous three games and went 3-for-8 with a solo home run and three walks across those contests. • Drawing fourth straight start
Moore will start at second base and bat ninth in Sunday's game against the Rangers.

Advice: Moore will pick up his fourth consecutive start in the infield since making his return from the paternity list Thursday. He'll likely serve as the Mariners' primary option at the keystone before moving into a utility role once Jorge Polanco (hamstring) is ready to come off the 10-day injured list. • Gives up first runs of campaign
Treinen (2-1) took the loss and was charged with a blown save Saturday against Kansas City. He allowed four runs on one hit and three walks while striking out one batter over two-thirds of an inning.

Advice: Treinen had been dominant coming into Saturday, posting a 19:2 K:BB over 13 scoreless innings across 14 appearances. However, he struggled with his control against the Royals, issuing three straight one-out walks. It appeared Treinen might get out of the jam when he fanned Adam Frazier for the second out of the frame and then backed MJ Melendez into a 1-2 count, but Melendez put together a brilliant 12-pitch at-bat that included six straight two-strike foul balls before launching a grand slam. Treinen's ERA jumped to 2.63 due to the poor outing, but given his overall body of work this season, he should continue to be a high-leverage option for the Dodgers. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 8:57 am
    • Idle against southpaw
Rosario is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Marlins.

Advice: The lefty-hitting Rosario will take a seat for the second day in a row while the Marlins bring another left-hander (Jesus Luzardo) to the hill. Though he's turned in an unremarkable .520 OPS thus far in June, Rosario still seems to have a hold on a near-everyday role against right-handed pitching. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 8:53 am

    • Picks up steal Saturday
Garcia went 1-for-3 with a walk, one stolen base and one run scored in Saturday's 7-5 loss to the Mariners.

Advice: Garcia has two steals over his last six games, though he hasn't driven in a run in that span. The veteran outfielder is up to six thefts, 13 home runs, 40 RBI and 34 runs scored while slashing a shaky .218/.276/.417 through 67 contests. He's been held without a hit in 12 of his last 20 games, which has had a significant negative impact on his production across the board. Rotowire.com Saturday, 9:37 pm

    • Earns sixth win
Kirby (6-5) allowed an unearned run on three hits and two walks while striking out six over six innings to earn the win Saturday over the Rangers.

Advice: This was Kirby's first time issuing multiple walks since his season debut, as he continues to have some of the best control in the majors. The right-hander has allowed two or fewer runs in each of his last four starts after a pair of five-run outings in mid-May. He's now at a 3.54 ERA, 1.01 WHIP and 84:9 K:BB over 86.1 innings through 15 starts this year. Kirby is projected to make his next start at Miami in a highly favorable matchup. • Allows three runs in no-decision
Sandoval did not factor into the decision in Saturday's 4-3 win over the Giants, allowing three runs on eight hits and two walks with five strikeouts over five innings.

Advice: Sandoval surrendered a two-run home run to Heliot Ramos in a 31-pitch first inning then allowed a run on a double by Ramos in the fifth. Sandoval left the game after five frames with a 3-1 deficit before Logan O'Hoppe tied the game on a homer in the sixth. Sandoval has alternated good starts with bad starts throughout most of the season and now owns a 5.24 ERA, 1.50 WHIP and 80:33 K:BB in 15 outings. He tentatively lines up to face the Dodgers next week. Rotowire.com Saturday, 7:37 pm

    • George Kirby allows just unearned run in win
George Kirby didn’t allow an earned run while working six innings to get a win over the Rangers on Saturday.

Advice: He did allow an unearned run, and it’s worth pointing out he was the one who made the error. Kirby walked two, which makes this the first game since March 29 that the right-hander has walked more than one hitter in a game. The right-hander made up for it by striking out six in another strong start for the 26-year-old. Kirby has now allowed just four runs in his last four starts, and his ERA has lowered to 3.54, and his career ERA against Texas is a sparkling 1.08. He’ll get a chance to low it again versus Miami next week. Rotoworld Saturday, 7:05 pm

    • Sharp in seventh win
Imanaga (7-1) picked up the win in Saturday's 5-1 victory over the Cardinals, allowing one run on four hits over seven innings. He struck out six without walking a batter.

Advice: The 30-year-old rookie delivered his eighth quality start in his first 13 big-league outings on 103 pitches (69 strikes), with the only run against Imanaga coming after a leadoff double by Alec Burleson in the fourth inning. Imanaga will take a 1.89 ERA, 0.99 WHIP and 78:11 K:BB through 76 innings into his next outing, which is scheduled to come at home next weekend against the Mets. Rotowire.com Saturday, 5:50 pm
