      Advice: The lone blemish on Ragans' line Monday was a two-run shot by Gary Sanchez in the fourth inning. After the long ball, Ragans retired the final seven batters he faced, with three coming via strikeout. He matched his season high by forcing 19 whiffs, with nine coming against his changeup. Since getting hammered for seven runs against the Orioles, Ragans has posted a strong 2.04 ERA and 21:8 K:BB over his last three starts. The Royals didn't suggest that Ragans required any follow-up testing, so he's not expected to face any restrictions as he takes the hill Monday for his eighth start of the season. The right-hander could soon ramp up to bullpen sessions, and it remains to be seen if he'll require a minor-league rehab assignment before rejoining Baltimore's rotation.       Advice: Glasnow didn't allow a man to reach base over the first three frames before surrendering a leadoff single to Ronald Acuna, who would later come home to score on a single from Austin Riley, in the fourth. The right-hander responded by striking out seven of the next 11 batters he faced, and overall he racked up double-digit strikeouts for the third time this season.       Advice: Glasnow completed seven frames for the third time already this season and also notched his third double-digit strikeout performance. The dynamic 30-year-old fantasy ace generated 14 swinging strikes and finished with a 32 percent CSW. He got plenty of support from Los Angeles’ loaded lineup to cruise to his sixth win of the year.
