• Sitting in favor of Kjerstad
Cowser is out of the lineup for Monday's game against the Guardians.

Advice: The lefty-hitting Cowser will take a seat against a right-handed starter (Tanner Bibee) for the third time in five games. Though the Orioles haven't publicly said that Cowser -- who is batting .175 in June -- will see fewer opportunities moving forward, the promotion of Heston Kjerstad from Triple-A Norfolk on Monday wouldn't seem to be a positive development for Cowser's outlook. Kjerstad will enter the Baltimore lineup right away Monday, covering Cowser's typical spot in left field while batting fifth. Rotowire.com Monday, 11:54 am
  • Exiting lineup Monday
Mountcastle is out of the lineup for Monday's game against the Guardians.

Advice: Mountcastle appears to be getting a routine breather for the series opener versus the Guardians after he had started in each of Baltimore's last nine games while slashing .282/.310/.385 with seven RBI and six runs. With Mountcastle taking a seat, Ryan O'Hearn will pick up a start at first base. Rotowire.com Monday, 11:43 am
  • Produces lone run
Toglia went 1-for-3 with a solo home run during Sunday's 2-1 loss to the Nationals.

Advice: Toglia got the Rockies on the board first, launching a solo homer off Jake Irvin in the second inning. However, Colorado would go scoreless the rest of the way, and a pair of ninth-inning runs by the Nationals resulted in a Rockies loss. Toglia has been a mainstay in the Colorado lineup since being called up June 6 and has three home runs in his last nine games. Rotowire.com Sunday, 10:44 pm
  • Keeps up power surge
Kwan went 2-for-5 with a solo home run in Sunday's 6-5 win over the Blue Jays.

Advice: Kwan is up to a career-high seven homers this season, and three of them have come in his last five games. The outfielder has logged seven multi-hit efforts over his last 11 contests as well. The power probably won't last, as Kwan remains focused on making smart contact. He's at a stellar .390/.448/.575 slash line with 23 RBI, 46 runs scored and three stolen bases over 49 games. Rotowire.com Sunday, 8:38 pm
  • Notches fifth steal
Ortiz went 2-for-4 with a stolen base and a run scored in Sunday's 6-2 win over the Padres.

Advice: Ortiz logged his second multi-hit effort in a row after going 11 contests without one. The infielder has maintained a strong .278/.383/.449 slash line with six home runs, five steals, 27 RBI, 31 runs scored, 13 doubles and two triples over 244 plate appearances this season. While the overall numbers are good, he has just three extra-base hits across 20 games in June. Rotowire.com Sunday, 7:41 pm

  • Goes deep again
Westburg went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Sunday's 8-1 loss to the Astros.

Advice: The Orioles' offense went from hot to cold in a hurry -- Westburg's home runs in back-to-back games are their only scoring plays in those contests. The infielder is still warm, going 16-for-57 (.280) over his last 14 games with four homers, four doubles, two triples and nine RBI in that span. For the season, he's up to 13 long balls, 45 RBI, 40 runs scored and six stolen bases with an .843 OPS over 71 contests. Rotowire.com Sunday, 7:15 pm

  • Michael Toglia homers in loss
Michael Toglia went 1-for-3 with a walk and a solo home run in a loss to the Nationals on Sunday.

Advice: Toglia took Jake Irvin deep 462 feet at 111 mph for his seventh home run of the season. He also struck out twice and is hitting just .194 on the season. The 25-year-old has shown solid plate discipline and good pop in the minors and is hitting 16-for-61 (.262) in June with three home runs and 13 RBI. He also has 23 strikeouts in 17 games. It’s unlikely this kind of production will last, but when he has weeks where he plays all his games at Coors Field, he can be added in deeper formats for teams in need of power. • Jordan Westburg homers (again) in loss
Jordan Westburg went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in a loss to the Astros on Sunday.

Advice: Just like on Saturday, Westburg homered but the Orioles offense couldn’t do much else. Westburg now has 13 home runs and 45 RBI so far on the season; however, he did also strike out twice on Sunday and his batting average is down to .277 on the season. Westburg swings often so it doesn’t always matter that he swings and misses a lot, but he will have stretches where those whiffs drag the batting average down a bit. Even with that said, he should remain in all fantasy lineups. Rotoworld Sunday, 2:42 pm

  • Sitting Sunday
Contreras isn't in the Brewers' lineup for Sunday's game against the Padres.

Advice: Contreras will get a day to regroup Sunday after posting a .494 OPS through 18 games since the start of June. Gary Sanchez will fill in at catcher and bat eighth. Rotowire.com Sunday, 11:01 am
