• Homer, steal in win
Wisdom went 2-for-4 with a solo home run, an additional RBI and a stolen base in Saturday's 6-5 win over the Brewers.

Advice: Wisdom, who exceeded 20 homers each of the past three seasons, finally got on the board with his first long ball of 2024. He also added his second steal of the season, and his second steal since the calendar flipped to May. Wisdom has totaled just 20 at-bats since he returned from the injured list April 18, as most of his playing time has come against left-handed pitching, though he's now been the DH in two of the Cubs' last three games versus opposing right-handers. • Max Muncy blasts three homers, Dodgers rout Braves
Max Muncy launched three homers on Saturday, powering the Dodgers to an 11-2 blowout victory over the Braves.

Advice: Muncy homered in the second, seventh and eighth innings to record the first three-homer game of his career. The 33-year-old veteran slugger took Braves starter Bryce Elder deep in the early stages of the contest before homering off relievers Tyler Matzek and Jackson Stephens towards the end of the game. He finished 4-for-5 with four RBI in the one-sided affair at Dodger Stadium. Rotoworld 12 minutes ago

  • Ronald Acuña Jr. stays hot in loss to Dodgers
Ronald Acuña Jr. went 3-for-4 with a run scored on Saturday in the Braves’ loss to the Dodgers.

Advice: There weren’t a ton of positive takeaways for Atlanta in this one, but Acuña continues to perform well with a pair of multi-hit performances in the series. The 26-year-old fantasy superstar is starting to pick things up at the dish after a frosty start to the year. Rotoworld 13 minutes ago
  • Shohei Ohtani goes deep in Dodgers’ rout of Braves
Shohei Ohtani went 3-for-5 with a solo homer and two RBI on Saturday in the Dodgers’ lopsided win over the Braves.

Advice: Ohtani connected for a third-inning round-tripper off Braves starter Bryce Elder and also added an RBI single in the ensuing frame. The 29-year-old two-way superstar has been phenomenal in his Dodgers debut so far, batting .345/.411/.633 with 28 runs scored, eight homers, 22 RBI and seven steals in 159 plate appearances. • Steals base in loss
Neto went 1-for-3 with an RBI and a stolen base Saturday in a loss to Cleveland.

Advice: Neto plated the only Angels run of the contest with a fifth-inning single. The shortstop followed with a stolen base, but he was left stranded in scoring position. Neto was batting .167 as recently as April 21, but he's turned a corner since, hitting .350 with two homers and six RBI over his past 11 contests. Rotowire.com 18 minutes ago

  • Swipes sixth bag
Adell went 0-for-2 with a walk, a run and a stolen base in Saturday's loss to the Guardians.

Advice: Adell has been quite aggressive on the basepaths this season, as he's already set a career high with six thefts but has also been caught five times, tied for most in the majors. With Mike Trout (knee) set to miss extended time, Adell should get the opportunity to start in the outfield on a near-everyday basis. The former top prospect is looking to finally break through as a major-leaguer, and he's fared pretty well so far this season with a .265/.320/.515 slash line, four homers, 11 RBI and 12 runs through 75 plate appearances. • Swats first homer
Hedges went 1-for-3 with a two-run home run Saturday in a 7-1 victory versus the Angels.

Advice: Hedges put the Guardians on the board in the second inning, plating two runs with a blast to left field. The long ball was the veteran catcher's first of the season and just his fourth hit overall through 31 plate appearances. Both Hedges and fellow backstop Bo Naylor (who played DH on Saturday) have struggled mightily in the early part of the campaign, though each went deep Saturday as the duo combined to drive in six of Cleveland's seven runs. • Isaac Paredes reaches three times in Rays’ win
Isaac Paredes went 2-for-3 with an RBI on Saturday, lifting the Rays to a 3-1 win over the Mets.

Advice: Paredes opened the scoring with a first-inning RBI single off Mets rookie starter Christian Scott. He reached base three times in the low-scoring affair and scored a pivotal insurance run in the eighth inning when José Caballero drew a bases-loaded free pass. The 25-year-old slugger is off to a nice start this season, batting .293 (34-for-116) with 16 runs scored, seven homers and 18 RBI through 31 contests. Rotoworld 35 minutes ago

  • Blows game open with grand slam
Naylor went 1-for-4 with a grand slam in Saturday's 7-1 victory against the Angels.

Advice: The contest was relatively close heading into the bottom of the sixth frame, as Cleveland held a narrow 3-1 lead. However, Angels starter Reid Detmers walked three batters in the inning, and Naylor made him pay for the wildness by crushing a two-out grand slam. The homer nearly doubled Naylor's season RBI total from five to nine, and it snapped a 15-game stretch without a long ball. Aside from Saturday's big blast, it's been a pretty rough season for the backstop, as he's slashing just .183/.280/.305 with a massive 38.7 percent strikeout rate through 93 plate appearances.
