      Advice: Means exhibited diminished velocity through the first three innings on Wednesday and was then removed after a lengthy rain delay.       Advice: Means was probably done for the day regardless after a lengthy rain delay halted play in the middle of the fourth inning, but it’s worth noting that the MASN broadcast showed him shaking his arm on several occasions and his average velocity was down to just 88.9 mph from 90.9 mph earlier this season.
