    • Comes up big Wednesday
Tellez went 3-for-4 with a solo home run and a second run scored in Wednesday's 5-4 extra-inning win over the Cardinals.

Advice: The 29-year-old slugger took Giovanny Gallegos deep in the seventh inning, giving the Pirates a 3-1 lead that got erased in the top of the eighth. Tellez has come alive at the plate recently, racking up three homers and three multi-hit performances in his last seven games, and since the beginning of June he's slashing .361/.403/.597 over 77 plate appearances with four home runs and 15 RBI. • Starts at first base
Candelario started at first base and went 0-for-3 with a walk in Wednesday's 3-2 win over the Yankees.

Advice: This was Candelario's first start in the field since returning from a hamstring injury over the weekend. He served as Cincinnati's designated hitter the previous two games. As a result of him playing first base, Spencer Steer moved to left field for the day. Rotowire.com Thursday, 4:52 am

    • Freddie Freeman reaches four times, homers Wednesday
Freddie Freeman went 2-for-2 with a three-run homer and two walks against the Diamondbacks on Wednesday.

Advice: Freeman put the Dodgers on the board with a three-run blast off Cristian Mena in the first inning. He then drew a pair of walks and added a base hit in the eighth to reach in all four plate appearances. The 34-year-old first baseman is hitting .302/.404/.516 with 13 homers, 54 runs scored, 56 RBI, and three steals across 381 plate appearances. Rotoworld Wednesday, 10:38 pm
    • Collects two hits in loss
Busch went 2-for-5 with a double and a run scored in Wednesday's 5-3 loss to the Phillies.

Advice: Busch continues his strong first season with the Cubs, and he's now recorded a hit in eight of his last 10 games. Overall, the first baseman is slashing .262/.359/.448. Busch is also batting a solid .303 against lefties, though the Cubs have been generally limiting his exposure to southpaws. Even if Busch sees some days off here and there due to matchups, he's still looking like a decent fantasy option the rest of the year. Rotowire.com Wednesday, 10:13 pm
    • Rowdy Tellez stays hot with three more hits in win
Rowdy Tellez went 3-for-4 with a solo homer on Wednesday in the Pirates’ extra-inning victory over the Cardinals.

Advice: Tellez went deep of Cardinals reliever Giovanny Gallegos in the seventh inning for his fifth round-tripper of the season. The 29-year-old first baseman was ice-cold at the dish to open the year, but appears to have re-discovered his form of late, batting .340 (17-for-50) with three homers over his last 15 games. He’s batting an absurd .409 (9-for-22) over his last seven contests alone. He’s absolutely put himself back on mixed-league radar screens with his recent hot streak. Rotoworld Wednesday, 6:50 pm

    • Bryce Harper leads N.L. All-Star vote getters
Bryce Harper led all National League players in voting for the All-Star Game, getting named to his eighth All-Star team.

Advice: What remains unclear is whether or not Harper — who is currently stationed on the injured list with a left hamstring strain, will be able to participate in the Mid-Summer Classic. Here’s who will join him in the starting lineup for the National League All-Stars (with their number of times making the All-Star team and starting in the game in parentheses): C: William Contreras (2 - 1x starter), 1B: Bryce Harper (8 - 7x starter), 2B: Ketel Marte (2 - 2x starter), SS: Trea Turner (3 - 2x starter), 3B: Alec Bohm (1 - 1x starter), DH: Shohei Ohtani (4 - 4x starter), OF: Christian Yelich (3 - 2x starter), Jurickson Profar (1 - 1x starter) and Fernando Tatis Jr. (2 - 2x starter). • Out of St. Louis lineup
Carpenter is not in the lineup for Wednesday's game in Pittsburgh.

Advice: The Cardinals are giving Brandon Crawford a start in the designated hitter spot. Carpenter had started the first game of the series against the Pirates, going 1-for-5 with a run scored. Rotowire.com Wednesday, 12:16 pm

    • Lifts 13th homer
Burleson went 2-for-5 with a two-run home run in Tuesday's 7-4 win over the Pirates.

Advice: Burleson fizzled late in June, going 1-for-14 over his last four contests, but he started July on a high note. The outfielder had great June overall, hitting .271 with seven homers, 20 RBI, 18 runs scored, three stolen bases and an .824 OPS over 28 contests. That's earned him a starting role in right field and as the Cardinals' No. 2 hitter. For the season, Burleson is slashing .280/.313/.466 with 13 homers, 40 RBI, 33 runs scored and five steals through 77 games. Rotowire.com Tuesday, 11:48 pm

    • Anthony Santander propels Orioles past Mariners
Anthony Santander went 2-for-4 and drove in a run on Tuesday evening, leading the Orioles to a 2-0 victory over the Mariners in Seattle.

Advice: Santander broke a scoreless tie in the fourth inning as he smacked an RBI single into right field off of George Kirby in the fourth inning that plated Gunnar Henderson. The 29-year-old outfielder also led off the second inning with a single, but he was ultimately erased on a double play. With his two-hit attack, Santander is now hitting .234/.302/.503 with 22 homers and 56 RBI on the year. Rotoworld Tuesday, 10:32 pm
