    • Notches fourth homer
Cabrera went 2-for-3 with a two-run home run and a stolen base during Wednesday's 2-0 win over the Orioles.

Advice: Cabrera tagged Corbin Burnes for a two-run shot in the fifth inning, plating Jose Trevino for the Yankees' only runs. The long ball was Cabrera's first since April 13. His two hits were his first of the series, entering Wednesday's contest 0-for-7 in the first two games of the four-game bill. Through 110 plate appearances, Cabrera is slashing .262/.300/.417 with 18 RBI and two stolen bases. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 9:58 pm

    • Oswaldo Cabrera powers Yankees past Orioles
Oswaldo Cabrera swatted a two-run homer off of Corbin Burnes on Wednesday night, powering the Yankees to a 2-0 victory over the Orioles in Baltimore.

Advice: Cabrera accounted for the only scoring for either team in the ballgame, poking a 352-foot (103.3 mph EV) two-out, two-run homer just over the wall in right field and just inside the foul pole to give the Yankees a 2-0 lead in the fifth inning. He also singled in the ballgame and swiped a base, finishing the night 2-for-3. On the season, the versatile 25-year-old is now hitting .262/.300/.417 with four homers, 18 RBI and a pair of stolen bases. Rotoworld Yesterday, 6:09 pm

    • Belts homer in win
De La Cruz went 1-for-4 with a solo home run Monday in a 5-2 victory against the Padres.

Advice: De La Cruz set the Reds on a positive path with his massive 443-foot solo shot to center field in the first inning. The long ball snapped a four game-stretch during which the dynamic young shortstop didn't knock any extra-base hits and went just 1-for-13 at the plate, though he did maintain valuable production with three thefts during that span. De La Cruz has been one of baseball's most impressive performers early in the campaign, slashing .280/.390/.590 with eight home runs, 19 RBI, 26 runs and a league-leading 18 stolen bases through 118 plate appearances. • Connects for third homer
Pena went 1-for-3 with a walk, a solo home run and two runs scored Sunday against the Rockies.

Advice: Pena had a productive weekend series in Mexico City, racking up a total of four runs scored in a pair of games. He also chipped in his third home run of the campaign Sunday, his first long ball since April 3. Pena has remained a subpar power contributor, though he also has four stolen bases and is hitting .321 across 115 plate appearances early this season. Rotowire.com Sunday, 10:11 pm

    • Swipes two bags
De La Cruz went 0-for-2 with two walks, stole two bases and scored a run in Cincinnati's loss to Texas on Friday.

Advice: Despite not being able to tally a base hit during Friday's game, De La Cruz was able to make his presence felt by drawing a walk in the first inning and eventually stealing home to score Cincinnati's first and only run of the game. He walked again and stole second base in the fifth inning, giving him an MLB-best 17 thefts on the season. Along with his exceptional baserunning, the 22-year-old infielder has been outstanding at the plate, slashing .299/.419/.621 with seven homers and 18 RBI through his first 105 plate appearances. • Three more steals Wednesday
De La Cruz went 3-for-5 with a double, an RBI, a run scored and three stolen bases in Wednesday's 7-4 win over the Phillies.

Advice: It's already the second three-steal game for De La Cruz this season -- he's up to a league-leading 15 stolen bases on the campaign. The 22-year-old shortstop has been sensational through the first month of the year, batting .313 with a 1.063 OPS, seven home runs, 23 runs scored and 18 RBI through his first 24 games. • Elly De La Cruz swipes three bases in victory
Elly De La Cruz went 3-for-5 with a double and three steals as the Reds topped the Phillies 7-4 on Wednesday.

Advice: De La Cruz has finally gotten to ascend to the second spot in the lineup that he was expected to fill during spring training. It’s early, but he’s finally blossoming into the five-category superstar that optimistic fantasy managers willing to overlook his contact issues were envisioning, batting .313/.412/.820 in 97 plate appearances. He’s stolen 15 bases in 18 attempts, and he seems like the best bet of anyone to lead the majors in that category this season. Rotoworld Wednesday, 9:57 pm

    • Seventh homer, 12th steal in win
De La Cruz went 1-for-3 with a two-run homer, a stolen base and an additional run scored in Tuesday's 8-1 win over the Phillies.

Advice: De La Cruz has been on a tear, going 7-for-18 with three homers and six steals in his last seven games. The 22-year-old shortstop has looked like a budding star over the first month of the season, slashing .295/.402/.641 with seven homers, 22 runs scored, 17 RBI and a league-leading 12 stolen bases through 23 games. • Elly has HR and SB in win over Phillies
Elly De La Cruz went 1-for-3 with a home run and a stolen base in an 8-1 win over the Phillies.

Advice: It’s been quite the beginning of the season for Elly, who is now slashing .295/.402/.641 with seven home runs and 12 steals. Honestly, the on-base percentage may be the most impressive number. After struggling with his plate discipline last year, the 22-year-old has made incredible strides in 2024 with 13 walks in 23 games. He will likely always run some high strikeout rates, but he is consistently putting himself in a position to do damage with better swing decisions and fantasy managers are reaping the benefits. If the plate discipline remains, there is no reason to think he’s not a first-round fantasy pick. Rotoworld Tuesday, 6:41 pm
