      Advice: Paredes tallied his 10th homer of the season and third in May, and he's hitting .301 with 15 RBI and 10 runs scored across 24 contests on the month.       Finnegan picked up the save in a win over Atlanta on Thursday, pitching a scoreless ninth inning while striking out one and issuing a walk.

      Advice: Finnegan entered the game with a two-run lead in the ninth and issued a leadoff walk to Ozzie Albies to put himself in an early jam. However, the right-handed reliever was able to retire the next three batters in succession to notch his 15th save of the season. Finnegan now has three scoreless appearances since blowing the save against the Phillies on May 18, posting a 5:1 K:BB over that stretch.       Williams (5-0) picked up the win over Atlanta on Thursday, allowing one run on four hits and two walks over 5.2 innings while striking out four.

      Advice: The right-hander was able to keep Atlanta's lineup at bay for most of the contest, allowing just one run in the bottom of the third inning after surrendering a leadoff triple to Jarred Kelenic. Williams induced 12 whiffs on the night and retired nine straight batters over his final frames before an Ozzie Albies single sent him to the showers after 95 pitches.       Lindor went 4-for-4 with a home run, an additional RBI and a stolen base in Thursday's 3-2 win against Arizona.

      Advice: Lindor suffered a swollen finger on a bunt attempt during a game Tuesday, but the issue hasn't caused him to miss any time and certainly didn't seem to impact his swing Thursday. The shortstop collected his second four-hit game of the season, which was highlighted by a 431-foot solo homer in the third inning. Lindor is still batting just .225 on the campaign, but he's hit safely in nine straight contests and has posted a .375 batting average, two homers, four doubles and six RBI over that span.       Advice: Bregman broke a scoreless tie with his two-run blast in the fourth inning and came around to score Houston's final run following a triple in the sixth. It was the third multi-hit effort for the third baseman across his past five games, and he's batting .350 (7-for-20) with a pair of homers and four RBI over that stretch.     • Finnegan picks up save against Atlanta on Thursday
      Kyle Finnegan fired a scoreless ninth inning to pick up a save Thursday versus Atlanta.

      Advice: That’s already the 15th save for Finnegan, who is currently on-pace to procure over 40 of them in 2024. Impressive regardless, but especially when you see the Nationals have only won 26 games. The 32-year-old right-hander also has a 1.64 ERA, so it’s fair to say he’s pitched well in those chances.       Trevor Williams went 5 2/3 innings while allowing just one run on four hits t pick up a victory Thursday against Atlanta.

      Advice: Williams walked two and struck out four before leaving. The 32-year-old has been fantastic in 2024 with an ERA of 2.22 over the first third of the season as evidence. The metrics suggest that much of this is good luck, but the results are tough to argue with. He’ll have a chance to prove the doubters wrong again next Tuesday against the Mets, assuming no changes to the rotation order. Rotoworld Yesterday, 7:00 pm

      Francisco Lindor went 4-for-4 with a homer, two RBI and a stolen base in a 3-2 win Thursday over the Diamondbacks.

      Advice: Fantasy managers have to be thrilled seeing this one, as Lindor has been a massive disappointment a third of the way through 2024. The homer is the ninth of the season, and the stolen base gives the 30-year-old seven swipes through 2024. Lindor has gotten off to poor starts before only to finish hot, and there’s reason to believe that can happen again. It doesn’t make the previous two months any less frustrating, however.
