      Luis Matos delivered a game-winning sac fly in the bottom of the 10th as the Giants bested the Phillies 1-0 on Tuesday.

      Advice: Matos was 0-for-3 in the contest before his fly to left entered the game. It’s hard to say if the Giants will keep both he and Heliot Ramos after Michael Conforto comes off the IL, something that should happen this weekend.       Gorman went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run in Tuesday's 7-1 win over the Reds.

      Advice: Gorman has four homers, two steals, eight RBI and eight runs scored over his last nine games, batting .321 (9-for-28) in that span. It's a good run of consistency at the plate for the infielder, who has struggled to put it all together at times this season. He's at a .214/.306/.428 slash line with nine long balls, 23 RBI, 21 runs scored and two steals through 47 contests overall while holding down a starting role at second base.       Estevez pitched a perfect ninth inning to earn the save in Tuesday's 4-3 win over the Yankees.

      Advice: The Angels rallied ahead in the bottom of the eighth inning, and Estevez made the lead stand. The closer has allowed four runs (three earned) over 8.1 innings in May while adding three saves, one blown save and two losses.       Carlos Estévez recorded his eighth save with a flawless ninth Tuesday against the Yankees.

      Ragans (4-4) took the loss Tuesday against Minnesota, allowing three runs on nine hits and a walk across five innings. He struck out seven.

      Advice: Ragans stranded a runner in all five of his innings pitched and had a difficult time getting through a Twins lineup that featured seven righties and a pair of switch hitters. The southpaw relied heavily on his ability to miss bats, inducing 14 whiffs and generating seven or more strikeouts for the fifth time in his last six starts.     • Cole Ragans allows three earned runs in loss
      Cole Ragans allowed nine hits and three earned runs over five innings in Tuesday’s loss to the Twins.

      Advice: Ragans ran into trouble in the first inning when he allowed back-to-back hits to his first two batters faced, only to see both players score on a Jose Miranda single a few batters later. Ragans would allow another run in the fourth on a Manuel Margot double, as the left was hit around for much of the evening. His nine hits allowed tied for the second-most he’s allowed on the season, as Ragans has struggled at times to limit base runners despite a solid 3.49 ERA.       Luis Robert Jr. (hip) belted a solo homer on Tuesday in a minor league rehab contest for Triple-A Charlotte.

      Advice: Robert made some noise right away in his first rehab contest at the Triple-A level with a towering blast in his first at-bat of the night. He finished 1-for-3 with a pair of runs scored. The 26-year-old fantasy stalwart will likely get a couple more rehab games under his belt before returning to Chicago, but he’s not far away at this juncture.     • Zack Littell takes tough luck loss to A’s
      Zack Littell allowed three runs (none earned) on five hits in seven innings in a loss to the Athletics on Tuesday.

      Advice: Littell also struck out nine and walked just one. A Brandon Lowe fielding error got the sixth inning started, and after a walk, Littell was able to get two outs before giving up a three-run shot to Miguel Andujar. That was the difference in the game. The 28-year-old had a dominant performance from his splitter on Tuesday and rode it to a 31 percent whiff rate and 32 percent CSW overall.       Max Muncy (oblique) remains shut down from baseball activities.

      Advice: Dodgers manager Dave Roberts told reporters Tuesday that Muncy will remain sidelined for a couple more weeks after experiencing discomfort last week in his right oblique.
