    • Lynn tosses six scoreless, gets win against Reds
      Lance Lynn threw six shutout innings and got the win in the Cardinals’ 2-0 victory over the Reds on Sunday.



      Advice: Lynn gave up two hits, walked one and struck out six. He’s won consecutive starts for the first time this year. Lynn was excellent in shutting down the Reds and now has a 3.59 ERA on the season. The 37-year-old right-hander is set to face the Nationals on the road next weekend.

    • Keeps power surge going
      Ramirez went 2-for-5 with a solo home run, an RBI double and two total runs scored in Saturday's 7-2 win over the Royals.

      Advice: Ramirez has already had a strong first half of the campaign, but he's been especially impressively lately. Over his last 12 games, he's batting .340 (17-for-50) with five homers, four stolen bases, 13 RBI and 13 runs scored. He's now hitting .280 on the year with an .890 OPS, 23 homers, 75 RBI, 64 runs scored and 15 steals.       Raleigh went 1-for-3 with a walk and a stolen base in a loss to the Twins on Saturday.

      Advice: Raleigh is much more renowned for his power than his speed, but he's now up to a career-high four stolen bases with Saturday's swipe. The slugging backstop has reached safely in seven straight games, a stretch during which he owns a .429 on-base percentage thanks in large part to a 25.0 percent walk rate.       Miller (6-7) took the loss against the Twins on Saturday, allowing two runs on five hits and one walk over five innings. He struck out six.

      Advice: Miller was tagged for runs in the second and fourth innings on three doubles and a single, though the right-hander pitched well outside of those frames while generating 14 whiffs on the night. He also didn't surrender a home run for the third time in his last four starts and has now fanned six batters in three of his six starts this month. Despite the solid outing, Miller was charged with his seventh loss Saturday and has now lost two straight after previously winning three decisions in a row (over five starts).       Advice: The right-hander looked shaky early, serving up solo shots to Vinnie Pasquantino in the first inning and Michael Massey in the second, but Bibee didn't let a runner even get to second base after that. He's reeled off three straight wins, all quality starts, and he'll take a 3.47 ERA, 1.09 WHIP and 109:22 K:BB through 93.1 innings into his next outing, which lines up to come at home next weekend against the Giants.       Bryce Miller was charged with two runs over five innings on Saturday in a loss to the Twins.

      Advice: Miller was simply outdueled by Twins ace Pablo López in this one as he gave up run-scoring hits to Jose Miranda and Byron Buxton in the second and fourth innings, respectively, which were enough to saddle him with a loss in a low-scoring affair at T-Mobile Park. He struck out six and only handed out one free pass. The 25-year-old righty has been pretty consistent this season for fantasy managers with a solid 3.88 ERA, 1.05 WHIP and 91/28 K/BB ratio across 97 1/3 innings (17 starts).     • Tyler Glasnow hit hard in three innings vs. Giants
      Tyler Glasnow was hit hard in no-decision against the Giants on Saturday night, surrendering five runs on seven hits in just three innings of work.

      Advice: The 30-year-old right-hander also issued a pair of walks in the contest while recording only one strikeout. The Giants scratched out a run against him on a sacrifice fly in the first inning. Then they piled on for five more in the third inning that included run-scoring knocks from Jorge Soler, Andrew Bailey and Matt Chapman. Glasnow generated seven swings and misses on only 61 pitches on the night, posting an underwhelming CSW of 21 percent.
