      Advice: Fry is 12-for-40 (.300) over his last 12 contests, adding five doubles and two RBI in that span. That's a bit less all-around production than he was showing earlier in the campaign, but it's still a solid showing. He's now at a .316/.422/.532 slash line with eight home runs, 32 RBI, 28 runs scored, four stolen bases and 13 doubles through 60 games.       CJ Abrams checked out fine after being hit in the left hand/wrist area by a pitch during Friday’s loss to the Rays.

      Advice: Rutschman's throwing hand was hit by a foul tip early on in Thursday's game versus the Rangers, although he finished the contest and even homered.       Orioles’ manager Brandon Hyde told reporters on Friday that X-rays on the injured right hand of catcher Adley Rutschman came back negative for any fractures.

      Advice: The 26-year-old backstop injured his hand when he was hit by a foul tip during Thursday’s victory over the Rangers. Rutschman admitted to being a bit sore on Friday but said that he felt much better overall.       Advice: Mullins belted a two-run homer in the fourth inning to give Baltimore an 8-1 lead. It was his second long ball in as many games, and the outfielder finished with his sixth multi-hit effort over his past eight contests.       Advice: It’s a significant loss for the Phillies, especially with Taijuan Walker (finger) also on the shelf due to injury. The 31-year-old righty suffered the injury on Wednesday during his return to Philadelphia’s starting rotation and will likely wind up sidelined until at least early-to-mid August.
