    • Ian Happ slugs three-run homer to defeat Cardinals
Ian Happ went 2-for-3 with a three-run homer on Saturday, propelling the Cubs to a 5-1 victory over the division-rival Cardinals.

Advice: Happ extended Chicago’s lead to a commanding four-run margin with a three-run blast off Cardinals lefty reliever John King with two outs in the seventh inning. It was his seventh round-tripper of the season and first time he’s gone deep since May 31. Rotoworld Saturday, 1:52 pm

    • Max Kepler dealing with elbow soreness
Max Kepler is day-to-day with elbow soreness.

Advice: Kepler managed to stay in Friday’s extra-inning marathon against the Athletics, eventually delivering the game-winning hit, after being hit by a pitch in the elbow earlier in the contest. He’ll benefit from Saturday’s rainout by getting some extra time to rest and recover. It’s possible he’ll be ready for the opening contest of Sunday’s doubleheader at Target Field. • Nursing injured elbow
Kepler is absent from Saturday's lineup against the Athletics due to a sore elbow, Betsy Helfand of the St. Paul Pioneer Press reports.

Advice: Kepler was hit by a pitch on the elbow Friday, and according to manager Rocco Baldelli, the outfielder is sore and dealing with some stiffness. Baldelli said that Kepler will probably "need a day or two," but the injury isn't considered to be a long-term concern. Rotowire.com Saturday, 10:01 am

    • Breather Saturday
Kepler is not in the starting lineup Saturday versus the Athletics.

Advice: Kepler will take a seat after he went 4-for-7 with a home run, four RBI and two runs scored over the first two games of the series. Trevor Larnach will slide over to right field while Austin Martin enters the lineup in left field and bats ninth against Oakland. Rotowire.com Saturday, 8:48 am

    • Tallies ninth homer
Reynolds went 2-for-4 with a solo home run and two RBI on Friday against the Rockies.

Advice: Reynolds popped his ninth home run of the season in the first inning and also extended his hitting streak to 12 games. Though it was only his second long ball in that span, Reynolds has hit .340 with a .969 OPS to go along with eight RBI and six runs scored. Overall, he has turned in another solid season through 310 plate appearances, maintaining a .335 wOBA and 116 wRC+. Rotowire.com Saturday, 7:05 am

    • Two hits, steal in win
Fraley went 2-for-4 with a double and a stolen base in Friday's 6-5 win over the Brewers.

Advice: Fraley has been helpful for fantasy teams with 11 steals in 53 games, and he's hit safely in 13 of his last 14 starts, going 17-for-50 (.340). The run production and extra-base power are still missing, however. Fraley has just nine RBI and a .084 ISO through 156 at-bats. Rotowire.com Saturday, 6:57 am

    • Homers, drives in four
Kepler went 3-for-4 with a home run and four RBI in Friday's win over Oakland.

Advice: Kepler did most of his damage with a three-run shot in the sixth inning but later delivered a clutch walk-off single in the 10th. He entered Friday's game with a .398 OPS in 11 games this month and the home run was his first since May 22. Kepler is now slashing .263/.326/.433 with 19 extra-base knocks and 27 RBI through 190 plate appearances. Rotowire.com Saturday, 5:02 am

    • Max Kepler homers, delivers walk-off win on Friday
Max Kepler went 3-for-4 with a homer and four RBI on Friday night, propelling the Twins to a walk-off 6-5 victory over the Athletics in 10 innings.

Advice: Kepler broke out of his recent funk in a major way in the sixth inning on Friday, crushing a game-tying 426-foot (105.6 mph EV) three-run shot off of Mitch Spence that evened things up at 4-4. He then came through with a walk-off RBI single off of Scott Alexander in the 10th inning that sent the Twins’ home faithful into a frenzy. With his three-hit effort, the 31-year-old outfielder is now slashing .263/.326/.433 with five homers and 27 RBI on the season. Rotoworld Friday, 8:45 pm

    • Marcell Ozuna crushes 19th home run in win
Marcell Ozuna went 1-for-4 with a three-run homer, walk, and two runs scored against the Rays on Friday.

Advice: Ozuna got the Braves going early, taking Zack Littell deep to the opposite field in the first inning and Atlanta wouldn’t look back. Ozuna tied Kyle Tucker for third in the league with 19 home runs and has been one of the best offensive players in baseball so far this season. Rotoworld Friday, 7:03 pm
