    • Generates team's only run
Chisholm went 2-for-4 with a solo home run, a double and a stolen base in a loss to the Padres on Monday.

Advice: Chisholm notched two of Miami's four hits in the contest and produced the team's only run with a third-inning solo shot. The center fielder added a swipe of third base in the eighth inning to give him 10 thefts on the campaign. Chisholm is working on a six-game hitting streak during which he's gone 9-for-23 with three doubles, two homers, three RBI and four runs. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 10:24 pm
    • Chisholm Jr. homers, steals base Monday
Jazz Chisholm Jr. went 2-for-4 with a stolen base, a double, and a solo home run against the Padres on Monday.

Advice: The home run was Chisholm Jr.’s eighth and the stolen base was his 10th. He’s 27-for-95 (.284) in the month of May and his average is up to .265 on the season with a .792 OPS. Chisholm provided all of the offense for the Marlins as they lost to the Padres 2-1. Rotoworld Yesterday, 6:26 pm
    • Hitting streak reaches 19
Volpe went 1-for-3 with a walk, a steal and a run scored in Sunday's loss to the Padres.

Advice: Volpe extended his hitting streak to 19 games with a single in the sixth inning. He would then steal second and come around to score off a Juan Soto double to open up the scoring and force Joe Musgrove out of the game. His hit streak is the longest by a Yankee since Derek Jeter in 2012. Volpe is currently tied for sixth in the American League with 61 hits and tied for fifth with 11 steals. The 23-year-old has been thriving in the leadoff spot for the majority of the season and is now slashing .282/.355/.435 with 18 extra-base hits, 23 RBI, 36 runs and a 22:52 BB:K in 244 plate appearances. • Slump continues
Carter went 0-for-2 in Sunday's 6-2 win over the Twins.

Advice: Carter's hitless run reached 20 consecutive at-bats, and he's just two for his last 38. With Wyatt Langford (hamstring) possibly set to return Tuesday, the Rangers could send Carter back down to the minors to fix whatever is not working for him right now. • Converts 17th save
Clase allowed a hit in a scoreless inning and earned a save over the Angels on Sunday.

Advice: Clase worked around a two-out single to close out the 5-4 victory and pick up his 17th save of the year. He's gone 20.1 straight innings without allowing an earned run and he's converted 13 of his last 14 save chances. Clase's ERA is down to a ridiculous 0.33 with a 26:2 K:BB through 27.1 frames. • Triples, scores in loss
Carroll went 1-for-3 with a walk, a triple and a run scored in Sunday's 3-1 loss to Miami.

Advice: Arizona's offense couldn't get anything going until Carroll tripled and scored in the bottom of the eighth inning. It was the outfielder's fourth triple of the season, all coming within the last eight games. However, there's been little to celebrate for Carroll, whose .188 average and .096 ISO are miles below what they were in 2023. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 4:13 am
    • Clase slams the door for 17th save
Emmanuel Clase pitched a scoreless ninth inning to close out a 5-4 win over the Angels.

Advice: Clase allowed a two-out single but no other damage as he earned his 17th save of the season. The right-hander now has a 0.33 ERA and has been far-and-away the best closer in baseball so far in 2024. Rotoworld Sunday, 4:57 pm
    • Corbin Carroll triples and scores in loss to Fish
Corbin Carroll tripled, walked and scored a run as the Diamondbacks fell to the Marlins on Sunday afternoon in Miami.

Advice: The 23-year-old outfielder smacked a one-out triple off of Calvin Faucher in the eighth inning and dashed home with the Diamondbacks’ first run on a ground ball off the bat of Lourdes Gurriel Jr. While Carroll’s bat has perked up over the past couple of weeks, he’s still slashing an anemic .188/.274/.284 on the season to go along with two homers, 17 RBI and nine stolen bases. • Sitting vs. southpaw
Mullins is out of the lineup for Sunday's series finale against the White Sox.

Advice: With the White Sox sending left-hander Garrett Crochet to the mound Sunday, the lefty-hitting Mullins will take a seat for the second straight game. Mullins pinch hit in the seventh inning in Saturday's 5-3 win, striking out in his only at-bat. Rotowire.com Sunday, 9:13 am
