      Advice: Skubal gave up seven hits, walked two and struck out six. He managed to earn a quality start for the ninth time in 12 starts this season. Skubal allowed a leadoff home run to Marcus Semien, but that was the only run the Rangers could muster against him. His ERA is now 1.97 as he continues to push for the AL Cy Young award.       Advice: Conforto appeared in two rehab games with Triple-A Sacramento over the weekend, going 1-for-5 with one walk and one strikeout. Conforto was slashing .324/.410/.588 with two home runs and four RBI in May before landing on the injured list due to a right hamstring strain. Conforto is starting in left field Monday and batting in the cleanup spot against Diamondbacks right-hander Ryne Nelson, per Alex Pavlovic of NBC Sports Bay Area. The 27-year-old had been serving as the Cardinals' leadoff man against right-handed pitching prior to suffering the neck injury, but Donovan may have lost that role to Masyn Winn.       Advice: Blake Snell went on the IL, allowing the Giants a chance to push back the decision on which hitter to cut to make room for Conforto.       Phillies manager Rob Thomson said that Marsh, who was placed on the 10-day injured list Monday is dealing with a "very mild" right hamstring strain, Matt Gelb of The Athletic reports.

      Advice: Marsh strained the hamstring late in Sunday's loss to the Cardinals. While the Phillies aren't putting an official timeline on Marsh's return from the IL, he appears to have a shot to make it back when he's first eligible June 13, or close to it.       Advice: Marsh was lifted in the eighth inning of Sunday's 5-4 loss to the Cardinals with a right hamstring strain, and though the severity of the injury isn't fully known, the Phillies quickly ascertained that the outfielder was dealing with more than a day-to-day concern. Philadelphia called up David Dahl and Weston Wilson from Triple-A Lehigh Valley to give the club two additional healthy options in the outfield in the interim, and Whit Merrifield or Cristian Pache could also be in line to pick up more reps in left field while Marsh is on the shelf.
