      Advice: Ryan authored yet another stellar performance on Monday afternoon at Target Field, carrying a shutout into the sixth inning before Kansas City finally broke through courtesy of a two-out RBI single from Vinnie Pasquantino. It was his highest single-start strikeout total since a 12-punchout performance back on April 13 against the Tigers as he induced 15 swinging strikes, including 11 on his fastball, and finished with a robust 33 percent CSW. He’s rapidly cementing his status as an upper-echelon fantasy contributor, having allowed three earned runs or fewer in 10 of his 11 starts at the outset of the season.       Advice: Bregman has slumped for significant periods of the season and Sunday's performance was his first multi-hit game in his last eight starts. He's been unlucky to the tune of a .217 BABIP across 216 plate appearances on the campaign, though Bregman's struggles to make consistent quality contact make him susceptible to these results.       Suarez (9-1) yielded five runs (four earned) on three hits and four walks over six innings Sunday, striking out nine and taking a loss against the Rockies.

      Advice: Colorado pounced on Suarez early, plating two runs in the first inning and another three in the second. He was able to settle in for four shutout frames to finish the start, but the damage was already done. It was the first time this season he's issued more than two walks or allowed more than three runs. On a more positive note, Suarez generated a season-high 19 whiffs and improved his K:BB to 77:16 through 72 frames.       Sale (8-1) picked up the victory Sunday against the Pirates, allowing one run on four hits and a walk over seven innings. He struck out eight.

      Advice: Sale's scoreless inning streak was snapped at 21.2 innings, but that's about the only negative to take from his performance, as he continues to mow down the competition. It was the seventh straight start in which Sale has earned a win and the sixth consecutive outing in which he's allowed one or fewer runs. Sale, who has not been a beacon of health over recent seasons, has not missed a turn this season, already throwing more innings than in all but one season since 2019. Through 10 starts, Sale has a 2.12 ERA, 0.85 WHIP, 78 strikeouts and a K/BB rate of 8.7 over 63.2 innings.     • Alexis Díaz fans two to earn 10th save
      Alexis Díaz struck out both batters he faced for a save Sunday against the Dodgers.

      Advice: The Reds were up 4-0 to start the ninth, so Díaz didn’t enter then. Instead, he came in after Carson Spiers allowed Shohei Ohtani and Freddie Freeman to reach with one out, creating the save opportunity. Díaz then retired Teoscar Hernández and Andy Pages to end the game. It was the fourth consecutive scoreless outing for Diaz, who appears to be turning things around after allowing 17 baserunners and 10 runs (nine earned) while blowing a save and earning two losses over his previous seven appearances spanning 5.2 innings between April 29 and May 19.     • Ranger Suárez struggles with command in loss
      Ranger Suárez allowed five runs (four earned) on three hits in six innings in a loss to the Rockies on Sunday.

      Advice: Suárez struck out nine but also walked four and threw just 42 percent of pitches in the strike zone. He did rack up an impressive 39 percent whiff rate but he had just 12 called strikes on the day, compared to 19 whiffs. Given that this game was in Colorado, we can give Suárez a little bit of a pass; however, he might still be a solid sell-high candidate if a fantasy manager in your league values him as a top 20-25 starting pitcher the rest of the way.
