Gonzales went 2-for-5 with a two-run home run during Thursday's 11-7 loss to the Dodgers.

Advice: The second baseman launched his fourth homer of the season in the third inning, plating Oneil Cruz with a long ball off Walker Buehler. Gonzales has been red hot of late, gong 11-for-30 (.367) with two homers, two doubles and eight RBI in his last seven games. Rotowire.com Today, 7:16 am

    • Notches two steals in win
Doyle went 1-for-4 with two stolen bases and one run scored in Thursday's 3-2 win over the Cardinals.

Advice: Doyle's only involvement Wednesday was as a pinch runner, and he was caught stealing. He checked back into the lineup and swiped two bags Thursday, giving him 16 thefts on 19 attempts this season with his first successful steals since May 26. The outfielder continues to put together a decent season with a .265/.339/.408 slash line, five home runs, 16 RBI, 37 runs scored, 11 doubles and two triples over 239 plate appearances. • Doyle scores run, steals two bases in win
Brenton Doyle went 1-for-4 with a run scored and two stolen bases against the Cardinals on Thursday.

Advice: The two steals give Doyle a total of 16 on the season. He’s hitting .265 with five home runs, but the speed gives him a decent amount of value in fantasy. Doyle is hitting .337 at Coors Field this year compared to just .203 on the road. He has more value in formats where managers are able to maximize his home games while limiting his road games in their lineup. Rotoworld Yesterday, 7:54 pm
    • Goes deep in loss
Suzuki went 2-for-4 with a double and a two-run home run in Thursday's 8-4 loss to the Reds.

Advice: Suzuki took Hunter Greene deep in the third inning for his seventh home run of the season. The outfielder now has three long balls over his last seven games, and he's batting a .308 during that span. Suzuki's numbers don't always jump off the page with a .781 OPS, but he's a fairly consistent contributor who gets plenty of playing time, which allows him to make an impact in most fantasy formats. • Nick Gonzales hits fourth homer Thursday in loss
Nick Gonzales went 2-for-5 with a two-run homer on Thursday in the Pirates’ loss to the Dodgers.

Advice: Gonzales took Dodgers starter Walker Buehler deep in the early stages of the contest for his fourth long ball of the season. The 25-year-old infielder has been an unexpected revelation for Pittsburgh, batting .315 (28-for-89) with four homers and two steals in 24 games since arriving back in the majors last month. • Sharp in third win
Kikuchi (3-5) earned the win Thursday over Baltimore, allowing one run on four hits and a walk over six innings. He struck out six.

Advice: Kikuchi held the Orioles scoreless through his first five innings, ultimately allowing a lone run on an Adley Rutschman solo home run in the sixth. It was an encouraging rebound effort from the 32-year-old left-hander, who'd given up 10 earned runs over just 8.1 innings in his previous two outings. Kikuchi lowered his ERA to 3.48 on the campaign with a 1.22 WHIP and 71:15 K:BB across 13 starts (72.1 innings). Kikuchi is currently scheduled to face the Brewers on the road in his next outing. • Yusei Kikuchi bounces back with six strong in victory
Yusei Kikuchi allowed just a run over six innings against the Orioles on Thursday to pick up a win.

Advice: Kikuchi struck out six while scattering four hits with just one walk. It’s a vastly improved effort from the one Saturday against the Pirates when the southpaw allowed six runs on nine hits in that loss. Consistency has never been Kikuchi’s forte, but outside of a solo homer allowed to Adley Rutschman, this was a reminder of what the 32-year-old is capable of. He’s lined up to face the Brewers next week. Rotoworld Yesterday, 12:37 pm
    • Getting breather
Smith is not in the lineup for Thursday's game in Pittsburgh.

Advice: Smith started the first two games of the series, going 3-for-7 with a double, a walk and an RBI. He will yield to Austin Barnes for the series finale as the Dodgers try to avoid a sweep. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 12:09 pm

    • Could be available this weekend
Munoz (back) played catch prior to Thursday's game in Oakland, Shannon Drayer of Seattle Sports 710 AM reports.

Advice: Drayer adds that Munoz was seen giving fist bumps to others afterward, which would seem to indicate things went well. Munoz had to be removed from an appearance Thursday versus the Athletics, but there's optimism he can avoid the injured list and could be available to pitch this weekend in Kansas City, per Daniel Kramer of MLB.com.
