    • Trea Turner (hamstring) running at 100 percent
Trea Turner (hamstring) progressed to running at 100 percent on Thursday.

Advice: Turner is trending towards making his long-awaited return to Philadelphia’s lineup at some point early next week. It sounds like the 30-year-old shortstop will skip a minor-league rehab assignment, but it wouldn’t be shocking to see him get in a couple at-bats over the weekend prior to returning. • Aaron Judge fans four times, loses on-base streak
Aaron Judge struck out all four times up versus the Royals on Thursday to snap a 37-game on-base streak.

Advice: It was all quiet from the Yankees before the game, but we wonder if something is up with Judge, who was put at DH today even though he just had Monday off and it meant sitting Giancarlo Stanton after he’d homered the previous two days. It was the third golden sombrero of the year for Judge. Rotoworld Today, 2:26 pm

    • Bumped back to Friday
Castillo's next start has been pushed back a day to Friday against the Rangers, Ryan Divish of The Seattle Times reports.

Advice: The Mariners have just one off day over the next two weeks and one member of their rotation, Bryan Woo (forearm), who is banged up, so the team will use this as an opportunity to give their regular starters some rest. Emerson Hancock will draw the start Thursday versus the White Sox while everyone else gets bumped back. Rotowire.com Today, 11:18 am
    • Secures 19th save
Finnegan gave up a solo home run and struck out one in the ninth inning Wednesday to record his 19th save of the season in a 7-5 win over the Tigers.

Advice: Riley Greene took Finnegan deep with one out to make things interesting, but the right-hander slammed the door shut from there. Finnegan has served up three homers in his last 10 appearances, a worrying trend, but those account for the only three earned runs he's allowed during that stretch. On the season, he sports a 1.91 ERA, 0.85 WHIP and 30:10 K:BB through 28.1 innings. Rotowire.com Today, 7:39 am
    • Sharp in third straight win
Irvin (5-5) picked up the win Wednesday, allowing one run on six hits and a walk over six innings in a 7-5 victory over the Tigers. He struck out five.

Advice: The right-hander continues his breakout campaign, winning his third straight trip to the mound while delivering his fifth consecutive quality start. Irvin boasts a 3.00 ERA, 1.04 WHIP and 69:15 K:BB through 81 innings on the season, and he'll look to keep rolling in his next outing, which lines up to come at home early next week against the Diamondbacks. • Goes deep Wednesday
Lindor went 2-for-5 with a solo home run, a double and two total runs in a 10-4 victory versus Miami on Wednesday.

Advice: Lindor opened the bottom of the first inning with a double and subsequently scored on Harrison Bader's home run. The shortstop hit a long ball of his own in the eighth frame, going 414 feet to center field. Lindor has disappointed a bit this season after notching his first 30-30 campaign last year, though with 11 homers and nine steals he's one theft away from reaching double digits in both categories -- something only seven MLB players have done so far this season. • Jesse Winker has two hits as Nationals top Tigers
Jesse Winker singled twice, drew a pair of walks, drove in a run and scored a run as the Nationals triumphed over the Tigers on Wednesday evening at Comerica Park.

Advice: The 30-year-old outfielder delivered an RBI single in the fifth inning that extended the Nationals’ lead to 4-1. He then scored on a throwing error by Carson Kelly as Luis Garcia stole second base. He has had a resurgent season in the middle of the Nationals’ lineup, hitting .262/.380/.393 with six homers, 30 RBI and 11 stolen bases. Rotoworld Yesterday, 6:40 pm
    • Kyle Finnegan closes out Tigers on Wednesday night
Kyle Finnegan served up a solo homer to Riley Greene in the ninth inning on Wednesday night, but still managed to secure his 19th save of the season.

Advice: The 32-year-old closer came on with a three-run lead to protect in the ninth inning. He gave one run back on a one-out solo blast to Greene, but battled back to strike out Wenceel Perez and then got Mark Canha on a ground ball to second base to end it. Finnegan has performed as one of the top closers in the league this season — posting a 1.91 ERA, 0.85 WHIP and a 30/10 K/BB ratio across 28 1/3 innings. Rotoworld Yesterday, 6:40 pm
    • Jake Irvin strikes out five in victory over Tigers
Jake Irvin was terrific in Wednesday’s victory over the Tigers, allowing just one run on six hits over six stellar frames.

Advice: The 27-year-old hurler piled up five strikeouts on the night while allowing only one base on balls. The lone tally against him in this one came on a solo blast off the bat of Matt Vierling in the opening inning. Aside from that, he dominated the rest of the night. Irvin generated eight swings and misses on 98 pitches in the ballgame, registering a strong CSW of 34 percent. He’ll carry an impressive 3.00 ERA, 1.04 WHIP and a 69/15 K/BB ratio (81 innings) into Tuesday’s matchup against the Diamondbacks. Rotoworld Yesterday, 6:40 pm
