    Advice: Middleton noted that his session Saturday went well and he has not experienced any discomfort in his forearm since receiving a PRP injection April 6, per Jeff Jones of the Belleville News-Democrat. Barring any setbacks next week, Middleton is set to start his rehab assignment, and some good outings in Springfield should mean a return to the majors for the 30-year-old.     Advice: It’s the first session for Cole since March when the right-hander was shut down with nerve inflammation in his right elbow. The next step is likely another session in the pen for the 33-year-old, but it’s a positive sign with Cole reportedly “giddy” over how things went.   • Woo-Suk Go goes to Marlins in trade with Padres
    Go, 25, will join the Marlins after posting a 4.38 ERA and 15/4 K/BB over 10 appearances for Double-A San Antonio. The 25-year-old could very easily be a part of the Miami bullpen before the summer comes to a close, but likely not in a role that creates fantasy significance.
