    • Sitting Saturday
Kiner-Falefa isn't in the Blue Jays' lineup for Saturday's game against the Rays.

Advice: After tallying nine hits in five games earlier in the month, Kiner-Falefa has gone 0-for-9 across his last three contests. He'll get a day to regroup Saturday while Cavan Biggio starts at third base and bats eighth. Rotowire.com 4 minutes ago

    • Homers, draws three walks Friday
Judge went 1-for-1 with a solo home run, an additional run and three walks in Friday's 4-2 win against the White Sox.

Advice: Judge belted a 433-solo shot to left field in the first inning to plate the first run of the game. Chicago pitchers didn't bother with him thereafter, walking the slugger in each of his remaining three plate appearances, with one of the free passes being intentional. After a subpar start to the season, Judge has turned things around of late, slashing .475/.604/1.150 with six homers, nine doubles, 12 RBI, 14 runs and a 12:7 BB:K over his past 12 contests. • Mashes homer No. 10
Stanton went 2-for-4 with a home run and two RBI in Friday's 4-2 win over the White Sox.

Advice: He crushed a Tanner Banks fastball down the left-field line on the first pitch he saw to lead off the sixth inning. Stanton has stayed healthy so far this season and is already at 10 long balls through 39 games, giving him a shot at his first 40-homer campaign since 2017 if he can avoid length injury absences. His .250/.297/.500 and 33.5 percent strikeout rate -- which would be the worst mark of his career if it doesn't come down -- indicate how one-dimensional the 34-year-old has become at this stage of his career, however. • Idle Saturday
Cabrera isn't in the Yankees' lineup for Saturday's game against the White Sox.

Advice: Cabrera will sit down Saturday after going 0-for-3 with a strikeout during New York's win over the Sox on Friday. His absence will give Jon Berti a chance to start at the hot corner while batting ninth. Rotowire.com 25 minutes ago

    • Swipes second bag
Pham went 3-for-5 with a double, a run scored and his second stolen base of the season in Friday's 4-2 loss to the Yankees.

Advice: The veteran outfielder thrived once again in the leadoff spot. Pham has hit safely in nine of his last 10 games, slashing .385/.429/.538 over that stretch with a homer, two steals, four runs and seven RBI. Luis Robert (hip) could be back by the end of the month, and while his return might bump Pham to an outfield corner, he's playing too well right now to lose his starting spot completely. • Jordan Walker batting .328 at Triple-A Memphis
Jordan Walker went 2-for-4 with an RBI on Friday for Triple-A Memphis.

Advice: Just like that, Walker is batting .328 (19-for-58) with zero homers and two steals in 15 contests since being jettisoned to the minors back in late April following a brutal stretch at the dish to open the season. It’s easy to forget that Walker is still just 21 years old and still finding his footing at the highest level. He was an impact fantasy contributor last year when he returned from an early-season demotion and appears to be following a similar track this time around as well. Rotoworld Today, 3:25 am

    • White Sox outright Rafael Ortega to Triple-A
White Sox sent OF Rafael Ortega outright to Triple-A Charlotte.

Advice: Ortega went unclaimed after being placed on waivers earlier this week. The 33-year-old veteran outfielder went 1-for-14 with a pair of stolen bases in 14 contests this season for the White Sox. Rotoworld Today, 3:20 am

    • Lars Nootbaar leads Cardinals past Red Sox
Lars Nootbaar homered, walked twice and scored three runs as the Cardinals bested the Red Sox 10-6 on Friday.

Advice: The Cardinals offense is bad, but Nootbaar is good, and the decision to drop him to the bottom of the order earlier this month was yet another poor one from Oli Marmol. Fortunately, Nootbaar is back batting second versus righties now. The homer was his fourth in 131 plate appearances. He’s hitting .300 with three homers and a 6/10 K/BB in his last nine games. • Willie Calhoun goes 4-for-5 against former team
Willie Calhoun went 4-for-5 with an RBI against the Rangers on Friday.

Advice: Calhoun’s combination of solid exit velocities and excellent strikeout rates has never paid much in the way of dividends, but when it was least expected, he’s popped off with a .365/.382/.577 line in 55 plate appearances for the Angels this season. With limited home run power and zero speed, he still doesn’t figure to be very useful for fantasy purposes going forward. However, he might remain a perfectly solid DH for the Angels.
