    • Launches 14th homer
Harper went 2-for-3 with a two-run home run, a walk and three total runs scored in Saturday's 6-1 win over the Cardinals.

Advice: Harper provided the Phillies with extra breathing room, taking St. Louis reliever John King deep in the seventh inning. Over the previous 10 games, Harper took a small step back, batting .257 (9-for-35) with three home runs and seven RBI to close out May. Following his second consecutive multi-hit game, he's batting .276/.381/.538 with 14 homers, 44 RBI, 35 runs scored and three stolen bases over 54 contests this season. • X-rays come back negative for Ranger SuĆ”rez
X-rays on the injured thumb of Philliesā€™ left-hander Ranger SuĆ”rez came back negative for any fractures on Saturday.

Advice: Philliesā€™ skipper Rob Thomson told reporters that SuĆ”rez is still dealing with some swelling in his thumb but that the team feels fortunate to have dodged any serious injuries. Heā€™s slated to take the mound against the Mets next weekend in London, but itā€™s still unclear whether or not heā€™ll be able to take the hill. Fantasy managers should be sure to have a contingency plan in place for next week in the event that SuĆ”rez isnā€™t ready in time. Rotoworld Yesterday, 7:56 pm

    • Rodriguez has three-hit game Saturday
Julio Rodriguez went 3-for-4 with a run scored and two RBI against the Angels on Saturday.

Advice: Rodriguez started the scoring with an RBI single in the third inning and added another RBI single in the sixth inning to put the Mariners ahead 7-0. Heā€™s now up to .273 with 23 RBI on the season. Rodriguez hasnā€™t lived up to his first round draft status so far this season because his power has nosedived. His .071 ISO this year is over 100 points lower than his career .192 ISO. Rotoworld Yesterday, 7:43 pm
    • X-rays clean, unsure for next start
Suarez's (hand) X-rays came back negative Saturday but there's swelling in his left thumb and it's unclear if he'll be able to make his next scheduled start, Alex Coffey of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.

Advice: Fantasy managers can take a deep breath knowing that Suarez avoided significant injury after being hit by a comebacker during his start Saturday. While it's uncertain at this point if Suarez will recover in time for his next start -- which is scheduled for June 8 -- the 29-year-old is expected to avoid the injured list after Saturday's scare. He's been one of the best pitchers in baseball this season, boasting a 9-1 record with a 1.70 ERA across 74.0 innings. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 7:27 pm

    • Harper hits 14th home run in win Saturday
Bryce Harper went 2-for-3 with three runs scored, a walk and a two-run home run against the Cardinals on Saturday.

Advice: The home run was Harperā€™s 14th on the season. He scored all three times he was on base and broke the game open with a two-run home run in the seventh inning to put the Phillies ahead 6-1. Harperā€™s average is up to .276 with a .919 OPS. He now has 44 RBI on the year. Rotoworld Yesterday, 7:09 pm

    • Ranger Suarez leaves start with left hand contusion
Ranger Suarez was pulled from Saturdayā€™s start against the Cardinals after being hit in the left hand by a comebacker.

Advice: For now, the Phillies are calling it a left-hand contusion, so it sounds like the 28-year-old southpaw was fortunate to have avoided any serious injury. Prior to exiting, he had worked two perfect innings with a pair of strikeouts. It doesnā€™t sound like his next start should be in jeopardy, but fantasy managers should pay close attention to his status over the next couple of days just to be on the safe side. • Corey Seager reaches four times in rout of Marlins
Corey Seager went 3-for-5 with a walk in a win for the Rangers over the Marlins on Saturday.

Advice: Seager doubled, singled twice and got on via the aforementioned free pass for a four-reach day. The 30-year-old now has a 14-game hitting streak, and a line of .235/.314/.333 has improved to .270/.362/.485 during that streak. The struggles are over, folks. Rotoworld Yesterday, 5:10 pm

    • Hit by comebacker
Suarez was removed from Saturday's game against the Cardinals with a left hand contusion after being struck by a 106.1 MPH comebacker in the second inning, Alex Coffey of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports. Suarez didn't allow a baserunner and struck out two hitters over two innings.

Advice: Early reports indicate that Suarez is only dealing with a bruised throwing hand after being hit by a comebacker off the bat of Alec Burleson. After Suarez's two perfect innings, Jose Ruiz will take over on the mound. The Phillies will likely continue to evaluate Suarez throughout the evening to ensure that the injury is merely a contusion and nothing long term. Thankfully for Suarez managers, the Phillies have back-to-back days off next week and the ace's next start is scheduled for June 8. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 5:01 pm

    • Jordan Westburg homers in return to lineup
Jordan Westburg went 2-for-4 with a home run, two runs scored, and two RBI against the Rays on Saturday.

Advice: Westburg returned to the lineup after missing two games with a hand injury and looked just fine at the plate. He took Taj Bradley deep for a solo homer to lead off the second inning. He drove in a second run with a single in the third and scored on a sacrifice fly by Jorge Mateo. The 25-year-old infielder has enjoyed a breakout season, hitting .295/.354/.523 with nine homers, 36 RBI, and five steals across 213 plate appearances. Rotoworld Yesterday, 4:05 pm
