• Four hits, four RBI vs. Atlanta
Andujar went 4-for-5 with a three-run homer, an additional RBI and three total runs scored in Saturday's 11-9 victory over Atlanta.

Advice: Andujar extended Oakland's lead to 6-2 in the second inning, blasting a three-run homer off Chris Sale. It's the second homer in seven games for Andujar this year, who's gone 9-for-17 with three extra-base hits in his last four contests. Overall, he's slashing an outstanding .448/.433/.724 through his first 30 plate appearances with 12 RBI, six runs scored and two steals while settling into an everyday role in Oakland. • Gavin Sheets swats two-run homer in loss to Brewers
Gavin Sheets swatted a two-run homer in a loss Saturday to the Brewers in extra innings.

Advice: Sheets gave the White Sox a 3-1 lead with a two-run homer off Robert Gasser. The 28-year-old has gone deep five times with 21 RBI along with a .765 OPS in 169 at-bats. Rotoworld Today, 5:19 pm

  • Robbie Grossman drives in pair with two hits
Robbie Grossman went 2-for-4 with two RBI in a victory over the Marlins on Saturday.

Advice: Grossman also drew a walk. The left-handed hitter had been really struggling since coming over to the Rangers with just two hits since May 8, but he was able to match that total while bringing home a couple of runners Saturday. Rotoworld Today, 5:11 pm

  • Wyatt Langford drives in pair against Marlins
Wyatt Langford drove in two runs in a victory over the Marlins for the Rangers on Saturday.

Advice: Langford’s RBI came in garbage time, as he drove in a pair of runs to make it 7-0 in the ninth inning. Still counts. He also struck out three times, but since returning from the injured list Tuesday, Langford has picked up a pair of multi-hit games while driving in three runs. Rotoworld Today, 5:09 pm

  • Michael Lorenzen blanks Marlins over 6 1/3 in win
Michael Lorenzen didn’t give up a run while firing 6 1/3 innings with seven strikeouts to help the Rangers to a 7-0 rout of the Marlins on Saturday.

Advice: Lorenzen exited his last start with a trainer, but the injury didn’t appear to effect him whatsoever. The right-hander scattered five hits and issued just two walks in an impressive outing even when considering the lackluster opponent. Lorenzen has been able to work at least six innings in seven of his eight starts, and he’s posted a very strong 2.96 ERA in the process. That’ll play. Rotoworld Today, 5:06 pm

  • Kyle Tucker homers and walks against Twins
Kyle Tucker homered and walked in a victory for the Astros over the Twins on Saturday.

Advice: Tucker also drew a walk. The 27-year-old is already up to 19 homers on the season with a .976 OPS to pair with them. Even with the Astros having a disappointing 2024 campaign, Tucker has been as good as he’s ever been over the first two-plus months of the campaign. Rotoworld Today, 5:03 pm

  • Yordan Alvarez homers twice as Astros top Twins
Yordan Alvarez went 3-for-3 with two homers and three RBI in a 5-2 win Saturday over the Twins for the Astros.

Advice: Alvarez also drew a walk. The 26-year-old slugger took Joe Ryan deep with a runner on in the first, and did more damage against Ryan with a solo shot in the fifth. That ups Alvarez’s total to 11 roundtrippers on the year, and he’s plated 25 over the first 59 games of the season for the Astros. Alvarez has been as good as any hitter in baseball the last few years, and it’s the only reason why those numbers and a .283/.357/.480 slash seem slightly disappointing. • Fernando Tatis Jr. has three hits, HR in victory
Fernando Tatis Jr. homered and went 3-for-4 in a 7-3 win for the Padres over the Angels on Saturday.

Advice: Tatis Jr. got the party started for the Padres with a solo homer in the first inning off Alec Marsh. The 25-year-old also singled twice and drew a walk for a four-reach day. Tatis hasn’t been spectacular in the first 60-plus games of the season, but he’s up to 10 homers, 30 RBi and six stolen bases with a .772 OPS. It’d be surprising if those number didn’t shoot up over the next few months, if not weeks. Rotoworld Today, 4:52 pm
  • Ozuna hits 17th home run in loss Saturday
Marcell Ozuna went 2-for-5 with two runs scored, a home run and four RBI against the Athletics on Saturday.

Advice: The home run was Ozuna’s 17th of the season. Only Aaron Judge, Kyle Tucker and Gunnar Henderson have more. Only Jose Ramirez has more than Ozuna’s 53 RBI this year. The 33-year-old designated hitter is having the best season of his career at the plate. Rotoworld Today, 4:47 pm
