• Abrams hits ninth home run Monday
CJ Abrams went 2-for-4 with a solo home run and a sacrifice fly against the Braves on Monday.

Advice: The Nationals scored four runs in the first inning and Abrams’ solo shot in the second inning made the score 5-0. He hit 18 home runs in 151 games last year and is halfway to that mark in only 49 games so far this season. Fantasy managers didn’t draft Abrams for his power, though. While he stole 47 bases last year, he has just eight steals so far this year.

  • Adames blasts eighth home run Monday
Willy Adames went 2-for-4 with a three-run home run against the Cubs on Monday.

Advice: Adames came to the plate with two men on and one out in a 1-0 game in the eighth inning. He blasted a Hayden Wesneski offering to center for a no-doubt home run. The home run was Adames’ eighth of the season and he already has a career-high eight stolen bases.

  • Adds steal Sunday
Freeman went 1-for-3 with a walk, a hit-by-pitch, one RBI and one stolen base in Sunday's 5-4 win over the Angels.

Advice: Freeman is still hitting just .217 on the year, but he's made big strides by batting .302 (13-for-43) over his last 12 contests. He's hit leadoff during that entire span, though his time atop the order will likely end when Steven Kwan (hamstring) returns. Freeman has added a .667 OPS, seven steals, four home runs, 20 RBI and 29 runs scored across 184 plate appearances this season. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 10:17 am

  • Launches eighth homer
Abrams went 1-for-4 with a three run home run in Sunday's 9-5 loss to Seattle.

Advice: Abrams broke out of a minor slump Sunday, slugging his first home run since April 29 and recording his first RBI since May 18. He has cooled off significantly in the month of May, slashing .209/.225/.256 with four RBI and eight runs scored. Despite the recent struggles, the 23-year-old has still had a productive season, batting .257 with eight home runs, 21 RBI, 30 runs scored and eight stolen bases. Rotowire.com Sunday, 6:38 pm
  • Provides only offense in loss
Crawford went 2-for-4 with a solo home run in a loss to the Nationals on Friday.

Advice: Crawford led off the contest with a 399-foot shot to center field, and that would ironically be the only run-producing offense of the night for Seattle. The veteran shortstop has now hit safely in all four starts he's drawn since coming off the injured list, but his homer was his first since April 8. Rotowire.com Saturday, 8:35 am
  • Bo Bichette collects two hits in loss to Tigers
Bo Bichette went 2-for-4 with a pair of singles as the Blue Jays fell to the Tigers at Comerica Park.

Advice: The Jays weren’t able to get anything going against Kenta Maeda in the ballgame and didn’t push a run across until there were two outs in the ninth inning. The 26-year-old shortstop’s bat has perked up in recent weeks and he’s now hitting .249/.301/.359 with three homers, 20 RBI and four stolen bases on the year. Rotoworld Friday, 6:21 pm
  • J.P. Crawford homers in loss
J.P. Crawford went 2-for-4 with a solo home run on Friday in a loss to the Nationals.

Advice: Crawford’s lead-off homer was the extent of the Mariners’ offense on Friday night as they were shut down by MacKenzie Gore. The homer was just his third of the season and every passing day makes the 19 home runs he hit last season look like a mirage. Rotoworld Friday, 6:10 pm
  • Starting Friday
Taylor will start in left field and bat seventh Friday against Cincinnati.

Advice: Taylor has seen his playing time dwindle in the past month as Andy Pages leapfrogged him on the depth chart and Jason Heyward returned from injury. Taylor's slashing .097/.219/.097 with 30 strikeouts in 74 plate appearances this season. Rotowire.com Friday, 1:15 pm

  • Missing from lineup Friday
Urshela is not in the lineup for Friday's game against Toronto.

Advice: The veteran third baseman will get a breather as Matt Vierling gets the start at the hot corner and bats fifth. Urshela has gone 4-for-18 in his last five games and is slashing .256/.282/.305 on the year. Rotowire.com Friday, 12:58 pm
