    • Adley Rutschman plates two in O’s victory
Adley Rutschman went 1-for-4 with a pair of RBI on Monday in the Orioles’ lopsided win over the Red Sox.

Advice: Rutschman has been overshadowed a bit by the surreal exploits of Milwaukee’s burgeoning superstar, William Contreras, but he remains in the mix as one of the premier backstops in the fantasy landscape. The 26-year-old franchise cornerstone delivered an RBI sacrifice fly in the third inning before adding an RBI double in the seventh inning of Monday afternoon’s one-sided affair at Fenway Park. He’s hitting .300 (62-for-207) with 10 homers, 37 RBI and one steal across 50 contests. That’ll work. Rotoworld Yesterday, 12:42 pm

    • Breaks open game with homer
Rutschman went 2-for-4 with a two-run home run in Sunday's 4-1 win over the White Sox.

Advice: Rutschman inserted himself into a pitching duel between Kyle Bradish and Garrett Crochet, taking the latter deep in the sixth inning. This was Rutschman's first homer since May 15, and he went an uncharacteristically poor 6-for-30 (.200) over his eight contests in between long balls. The catcher is up to a .300/.338/.483 slash line with 10 homers, 35 RBI, 28 runs scored, seven doubles and one stolen base over 49 games this season. Rotowire.com Sunday, 3:55 pm

    • Adley Rutschman has crucial two-run HR in win
Adley Rutschman went 2-for-4 with a two-run home run in a win over the White Sox on Sunday.

Advice: Rutschman scored the first runs of the game in the top of the sixth inning when he took Garrett Crochet deep 400 feet at 103 mph off the bat. They were the only two runs the Orioles would wind up needing. The 26-year-old is now slashing .300/.338/.483 with 10 home runs and 35 RBI on the season. If you drafted him, you’re certainly happy. • Not starting Saturday
Jansen is not in the Blue Jays' starting lineup for Saturday's game against the Tigers.

Advice: Jansen will begin Saturday's contest in the dugout after starting in the first two games of the series, going 2-for-8 with one double, one RBI and two walks. Alejandro Kirk will start at catcher and bat sixth against Tigers right-hander Reese Olson. Rotowire.com Saturday, 8:15 am

    • Receiving breather Friday
Rutschman is out of the lineup for Friday's game against the White Sox, Rich Dubroff of BaltimoreBaseball.com reports.

Advice: Rutschman started the previous four games but will sit Friday amid a 3-for-21 mini-slump. James McCann will step in behind the plate to form a battery with Corbin Burnes. Rotowire.com Friday, 1:43 pm

    • Adley Rutschman getting a breather on Friday night
Adley Rutcshman is not in the Orioles’ starting lineup for Friday night’s showdown against the White Sox.

Advice: It’s a rare night off for the dynamic 26-year-old backstop. James McCann will start behind the dish for the Orioles and will bat ninth against Chris Flexen and the White Sox on Friday evening in Chicago. Rotoworld Friday, 1:35 pm

    • Rutschman knocks in three Thursday
Adley Rutschman went 2-for-5 with 3 RBI against the White Sox on Thursday.

Advice: Rutschman had an RBI single in the third inning to tie the game and a two-run single in the sixth inning to put the Orioles up 7-2. He’s putting together another nice season with a .299 average and 31 RBI on the year.

    • Resting Wednesday
Jansen is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the White Sox.

Advice: Jansen will get a breather for the series finale after he was behind the plate both of the previous two days. Alejandro Kirk will draw the start at catcher Wednesday. Rotowire.com Wednesday, 12:06 pm

    • Danny Jansen homers, drives in five in Jays’ win
Danny Jansen went 3-for-5 with a homer, a double and five RBI as the Blue Jays bested the White Sox 9-3 on Monday.

Advice: Jansen, who hadn’t batted higher than fifth this season until today, had his big game from the second spot in the lineup. He’s batting .333/.397/.681 with five homers and just nine strikeouts through 78 plate appearances. It seems like more than just a hot streak, so he’s probably a top-10 fantasy catcher for the short term. Still, staying healthy has been quite an issue for the 29-year-old. Rotoworld May 20, 3:39 pm
