Trevor Rogers goes six innings in loss to Rangers
Trevor Rogers allowed four runs on six hits in six innings in a loss to the Rangers on Sunday.
Advice: It wasn’t an awful outing for Rogers, who allowed three runs on four hits in the first inning before settling down. He threw four straight scoreless innings, allowing just one hit, before giving up a solo home run to Adolis Garcia in the sixth inning. On the day, Rogers had 12 whiffs on 44 swings for a 27 percent whiff rate and 23 percent CSW. The left-hander has a 5.68 ERA on the year but could be an interesting streamer in deeper leagues against the Guardians next week.
