    • Sparks rally Monday
Perez went 2-for-4 with a solo home run in Monday's 8-3 win over the Tigers.

Advice: It was a close game until the sixth inning, when Perez ignited a six-run rally for the Royals with his solo shot. The catcher has hit safely in six straight games, going 10-for-21 (.476) in that span. the homer was his first since May 3. Perez remains one of the top hitters in baseball this season with a .341/.404/.565 slash line, nine long balls, 38 RBI, 19 runs scored and 11 doubles over 47 contests. • Strikes out eight in win
Yamamoto (5-1) earned the win Monday over the Diamondbacks, allowing two runs on seven hits and a walk while striking out eight over 6.1 innings.

Advice: Yamamoto was able to rebound after being not at his best last Monday versus the Giants. The rookie right-hander put together his fifth quality start in his last six outings, though the win was briefly endangered after Elieser Hernandez gave up a pair of solo home runs in the eighth inning. Yamamoto is at a 3.17 ERA, 1.06 WHIP and 61:11 K:BB through 54 innings over 10 starts this season. He's projected to make his next start on the road in a tough venue, Cincinnati's Great American Ball Park. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 10:58 pm
    • Two steals in win
Rengifo went 2-for-5 with two stolen bases in Monday's 9-7 win over the Astros.

Advice: Rengifo has gone 4-for-18 with three steals, one RBI and two extra-base hits over four contests since he returned from an illness. The infielder is slashing .312/.364/.450 with two home runs, 12 RBI, 15 runs scored and 12 thefts through 32 games this season. Rengifo's running far more this season, and his defensive utility gives him some extra upside in fantasy even if it's unlikely he maintains his steady hitting. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 10:30 pm

    • Accounts for offense in loss
Henderson went 1-for-3 with a three-run home run and a walk in Monday's 6-3 loss to the Cardinals.

Advice: Henderson has homered in four straight games and continues to lead the majors with 16 long balls. The shortstop's sixth-inning blast off Sonny Gray was all the runs the Orioles could muster Monday. Henderson stumbled a bit in the middle of May, but he's quickly returned to form and is now sporting a .271/.351/.610 slash line with 34 RBI, 35 runs scored and seven stolen bases over 45 contests. • Luis Rengifo swipes two bags against Astros
Luis Rengifo had two hits and two steals against the Astros on Monday.

Advice: The second steal saw him jam his left hand into second base, leaving him with an injured middle finger in spite of the oven mitt he was wearing. He was in a lot of pain at first, but he was able to finish the game afterwards. Still, if he’s not in Tuesday’s lineup, this is probably the reason. Rotoworld Yesterday, 8:24 pm

    • Henderson blasts 16th home run Monday
Gunnar Henderson went 1-for-3 with a walk and a three-run home run against the Cardinals on Monday.

Advice: Henderson accounted for all the Orioles’ runs on the night. He blasted his league-leading 16th home run in the sixth inning off Sonny Gray, who hadn’t allowed a single hit at that point in the game. The 22-year-old is up to .271 with a .961 OPS and 34 RBI on the season. Rotoworld Yesterday, 7:56 pm
    • Perez blasts ninth home run Monday
Salvador Perez went 2-for-4 with a solo home run against the Tigers on Monday.

Advice: The home run was Perez’ ninth of the season. It came in the sixth inning off Tigers reliever Joey Wentz. Perez is now 16-for-41 (.390) against left-handed pitchers this season. He’s hitting an incredible .341 overall. The 34-year-old is a career .269 hitter and has never even hit .300 in a single-season where he’s played at least 100 games.

    • Ejected from series opener
Marte was ejected from Monday's game against the Guardians after arguing a called third strike, SportsNet New York reports.

Advice: Marte didn't agree with a called strike three to end the top half of the fourth inning, and he was ejected while walking out to his position in the bottom half of the frame. Tyrone Taylor replaced Marte in right field. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 6:38 pm
    • Starling Marte tossed for arguing third strike
Starling Marte was ejected from Monday’s game in the fourth inning for arguing balls and strikes.

Advice: Marte couldn’t let it go after being (correctly) called out to end the top of the fourth and was tossed as he was beginning to walk out to right field for the bottom of the inning. Tyrone Taylor replaced him versus the Guardians. Rotoworld Yesterday, 4:08 pm
